Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

Well, it turns out that Heaven really is a place on Earth! What a wonderful property. I was tempted to run away with the key so no one else can get in but me! Add to that The Most Comfortable Mattress On Earth (TM), and it was actually quite hard to go out and get anything done! I'm definitely coming back here. Frankly, I may put in an offer to buy it! Utterly wonderful break. Sandra is so friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. The whole thing was quite appallingly perfect.

Great few days at Camber Cottages. The decor is as the photos suggest, very much in the ‘shabby chic’ beach cabin style. The courtyard at the back is sweet and the living space easy with large groups. The beds were comfy & linen lovely and clean and fresh. The outdoor furniture could have been more comfortable and perhaps a few more seats useful for larger groups. The armchair in the front window a bit worse for wear. Camber sands beach is literally a 5 minute walk over the dunes which made it really easy with kids. Rye is charming & we had a great visit to local vineyard Tillingham.

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. Very clean and peaceful environment. We were arriving very late and Jenny made sure lights were left on to help us find the way; it couldn’t have been easier. Very helpful and considerate hosts.

Beekeepers Cottage is a lovely and cosy little place to stay. Comfortable and with everything you need. Such a beautiful area to explore and this is the perfect base. Amanda is so friendly and helpful, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

We really felt at home in this cosy cottage and the hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need - the house was so well equipped. Great for kids too with a nursery, cot, highchair, toys, books and a large garden to explore. The breakfast provided with locally sourced produce was a lovely touch and thoroughly enjoyed. We had a really relaxing, enjoyable stay here and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated. We felt right at home! Nothing is missing in terms of equipment, point+++. Great bedding! The location is ideal, making it easy to visit Hastings and the surrounding area on foot or by transport and combining the quiet and proximity to the city center. Madelaine was always responsive and the hosting was very nice and facilitated by the explanations and advice given on site. The little touches on arrival are a real plus! It's good to know that the noises and footsteps from upstairs can be heard, but Madelaine & her husband have always been very respectful and these noises are therefore not annoying. Thanks ☺️

Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

We had a wonderful two night stay at this property. Sonia was very helpful and sent clear instructions for self check in. There are stairs to the apartment, but worth every step. When you enter you find a beautifully decorated apartment with view of the beach and pier. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. A real home away from home - I hope we can return one day!

It's a lovely flat, with comfortable beds and a superb view of the sea. Loved being there. All instructions super clear - thank you Caroline. Lots of amenities nearby. Buses to Hastings are ok, but get the Stagecoach app to see if they're running to the timetable.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

The apartment has so much character and the most incredible sunsets and sunrises from the balcony, one of the best airbnb experiences we have had.

Beautiful seaside flat overlooking a fully blooming garden was just as listed. it was centrally located to restaurants and beach walks. would stay again.

Great apartment that’s 5 minutes walk from the seafront and the centre of St Leonard’s. Very nicely appointed and very comfortable. I recommend!

I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Fabulous appartement with superb sea view. Excellent host, always responsive. The only downside was that we found the local neighbourhood less attractive than expected, but it can be a good outpost to explore for example Rye, Battle and Brighton. (There's a lovely sandy beach near Rye in a town/village called Camber, but beware of seagulls if you picnic, which you must because the quality of the local shops on the beach is terrible.)

Kimberley was an excellent host, extremely responsive and so helpful and understanding. she gave lots of tips for the area and the property is in the very centre of Hastings, right on the seafront and next to old town. This does come with slight noise that you would expect being on a main road, but the property is really funky and unique inside - love the decor and location. perfect Hastings get away - visit the fire fields!

David was a superb host, providing detailed recommendations alongside clear instructions to locate the property. The location of the property is unbeatable. Just a short 20 second walk from the front door of the property and you're on the private beach! My morning cup of coffee never felt so relaxing. Woke up early to catch the sunrise which was a fantastic view! Just what I needed... a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Thanks for a great stay, David!
