Loft vacation rentals in Como

Der Aufenthalt war großartig! Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Balkon bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Castello, den Dom und den Parkt. Die Lage ist ideal: zentral und dennoch ruhig, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit Silvia war super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

This was my first ever Airbnb stay. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and is exactly what’s displayed in the pictures. There’s an indoor heated pool and sauna in the spa area that makes this a unique stay compared to the others. Even tho we didn’t get to fully use the spa it was a great amenity to have. It’s about 13 minutes driving from the main attraction area so plan accordingly. If you’re not a fan of roads with many corners plan to encounter a few going up to the apartment as well. Andrea the cohost was very friendly and responsive. Overall this was a very nice location. It’s great for a weekend get away. I can just imagine how great it is summertime. Thanks a lot for accommodating us.

Paola nous a réservé un très bon accueil avec de belles attentions. Loft très bien pensé et bien décoré, tout est conforme aux photos. Cependant je ne le recommanderais pas à une famille avec petits enfants à cause de la mezzanine et de son escalier. Nombreux commerces et grandes surfaces à proximité.

滞在までのコミュニケーションは日本語で応答してもらいとてもスムーズでしたが、入室時は英語もあまり伝わらなかったので少し戸惑いましたが特に問題はなかったのでとても良かったです

The apartment is stunning! And Lavana was just lovely, she helped and answered all the questions we had. There was even coffee and cookies in the apartment when we arrived and most importantly there is a beautiful view. The location is far from the city but there is a train station very close.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur Wow! Einen alten Keller fürs trocknen von Fleisch als Wohnung her zu richten auf die Idee muss man erst kommen. Ich liebe diesen Stil! Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Das kleine Dorf läd für einen kleinen Spaziergang ein und ist eine kurze Fahrt entfernt von Bergamo. Ich komme gern wieder.

Come sempre ci siamo trovati bene nella casa di Gianluca, per noi è comoda perchè si trova in zona dove abita la mia famiglia e dispone di parcheggio privato.

Had a great stay! The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was easy, and the place was exactly as described. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Plus, the location is fantastic—there’s an amazing deli, La Fattoria di Torri Vittorio, right on the same street, and a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. It's also close to Central Station, making it super convenient for getting around. Would definitely book again! Giorgio apartment clean ,quiet and close to market and restaurant. Very close to lake Como. Definitely would recommend .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was perfect for just me but can fit 4 (5 if you have someone sleep on the couch). Given the loft I’m not sure if it’s suitable for toddlers/kids who are not keen on listening. You can tell Marzio and his family care about the place with their little welcome binder that has typed up notes on the neighborhood, Chinatown, its history, and recommendations on what to try in the neighborhood. The supermarket is down the block which was super convenient. I’m a big walker and found I was no more than 20-45 mins from everywhere I wanted to go (Duomo, Milano Centrale, Four Seasons). The apartment is on the first floor and at the entrance so you do hear cars driving by and the motors of the doors when it opens up for tenants cars— if you’re a deep sleeper and plan on being gone most of the day then this shouldn’t bother much. Loved this place. The Marche metro station was within the walkable distance. I really felt like home at There's place. She was always responsive, and helped me with the check-in. She keeps the place very clean and well organised. No one needs a high-end place to stay in Milan, while you can stay at a place like Teresa's. Highly recommended!

Tutto perfetto. Consigliato

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, in totale relax. Siamo stati molto bene e anche il nostro cagnolino è stato a suo agio. Un angolo di paradiso dentro la metropoli. La cucina era super attrezzata, con tanti prodotti a nostra disposizione, anche per prepararci qualcosa di buono da mangiare. Francesca, sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare anche le bibite in frigo, il gelato e il vino in cantinetta. Biancheria profumatissima. Doccia emozionale. Prodotti per l'igiene ottimi. È stato il tocco per rendere indimenticabili ii giorni a Milano, in occasione della laurea di nostra figlia. Peccato per l'idromassaggio, non utilizzabile, ma eravamo già informati, perché scritto sul sito.

The loft was a fantastic place to stay. I felt immediately at home, self check in was easy and it was exactly as described along with some welcoming treats. Nikolay was very easy and friendly to communicate with throughout my stay. The place is so close to Zara metro and Isola so it’s a great location and so simple to get to the centre and to Centrale station if you’re visiting the lakes. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.
