Loft vacation rentals in Como

It is a beautiful and authentic apartment. Alessandra helped us a lot with tips and advices what we could do and also what we should avoid to do. We have had a wonderful time there and want again say "thank you" to Alessandra.

Ebe's apartment was perfect. everything was as described. very quiet and peaceful location with a short walk to the historic centre and a vast array of places to wat and drink. great base for exploring the area. Ebe and son Giovanni were on hand to help and gave us lots of useful info on arrival

We can’t say enough about Sarah and her lovely Home. We had an amazing stay. The apartment is spotless. The beds were comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment sitting out in the little garden having our coffee in the morning. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy clean place to stay. Sarah’s place was centrally located, walkable to grocery stores the community pool and the boat dock. Made exploring the city so convenient. We will definitely be back. It was a wonderful experience and Sarah is a wonderful host..

Very nice apartment located in a very quiet mountain village but relatively close to Lake Como (30 min by car). The apartment is very clean and the decor is superb!

Beautiful place , functional , quiet neighborhood. Enjoyable parking.

This place was very clean and had everything you need for a vacation. Thanks to the directions, we found the accommodation immediately. A parking space was also always free and is not directly in front of the house but only 50m away. The accommodation is located directly on the mountain, the lake and the shore are about 6 minutes by car. Personally, I would not drive an SUV here because the roads are quite narrow (but it is common in the area). We had everything we needed in the accommodation, even baking pans and toys for children are available. We highly recommend the place. The view of the lake is a dream

Very nice apartment, located close to the restaurants in the lower city. Lockable single garage next to the apartment in the courtyard, perfect if you don't want to put your car on the street. Tania is a great hostess!

Very spacious loft with a superb view of lake lugano.. Lots of activities in the area, but you will need a car.

This was such a beautifully decorated apartment with great access to the new part of town. There are loads of stairs to get to the top but it's all worth it in the end! My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay and Pietro was super helpful and responsive.

Great place. Especially the small shop in the building with local products. The tables in front of the house invite you to linger. The waterfall is super beautiful and only a 3-minute walk away! Great accommodation!

We had a great weekend with the family, the accommodation is perfect and very well equipped. Great location for visiting Como, Bellagio... Happy hosting.

Incredibly great views over Lugano and the lake. The pool is small, but it is sufficient for cooling off briefly. Beautiful communal terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment was very clean, pleasant, comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped - nothing was missing. The apartment is very high up on the mountain - you should definitely have a car, otherwise it will be a bit tedious. It is very quiet and the nearby mountain railway does not disturb in any way. We will definitely be back!

Matteo and Erbert were incredibly good hosts. Very friendly and accommodating and always responded very quickly. The apartment was top, it can be lived there very nicely and you felt right at home. All in one really great and highly recommended 👍🏼

The loft apartment was in a wonderful location in Como - a picturesque cobbled street in the middle of the center of town with shops and restaurants and the water just steps away. The unit was clean, quiet, as described and very secure. The host was immediately responsive to any questions and they were very helpful in arranging rides to the airport as well. It was great to have access to in unit laundry as well. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Please select this place- its very modern and chic interior that takes a break from the traditional. Amazing location next to a bustling Gelati shop and delicious restaurants, yet so peaceful and quiet in the apartment. it's 5 stars for those who love staircases - theres 3 sets up and 1 inside the apartment. it's the coolest place I've stayed for sure and would seek it again! the amenities felt like a hotel. Marta took time from her day to greet us at the door and give us a walk through to the apartment. She's very kind and really approachable. the whole team and their apartment are amazing. thanks for having us.
