Loft vacation rentals in Como

The stay was great! The apartment is stylishly furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Castello, the cathedral and the park. The location is ideal: central yet quiet, everything is within walking distance. Communication with Silvia was also super friendly, quick and straightforward. I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

This was my first ever Airbnb stay. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and is exactly what’s displayed in the pictures. There’s an indoor heated pool and sauna in the spa area that makes this a unique stay compared to the others. Even tho we didn’t get to fully use the spa it was a great amenity to have. It’s about 13 minutes driving from the main attraction area so plan accordingly. If you’re not a fan of roads with many corners plan to encounter a few going up to the apartment as well. Andrea the cohost was very friendly and responsive. Overall this was a very nice location. It’s great for a weekend get away. I can just imagine how great it is summertime. Thanks a lot for accommodating us.

Paola gave us a very nice welcome with beautiful touches. Very well thought out and well decorated loft, everything matches the photos. However, I would not recommend it to a family with small children because of the mezzanine and its staircase. Numerous shops and supermarkets nearby.

Communication before my stay was very smooth in Japanese, but I didn't communicate much English when I checked in, so I was a little confused, but there was no particular problem, so it was very good.

The apartment is stunning! And Lavana was just lovely, she helped and answered all the questions we had. There was even coffee and cookies in the apartment when we arrived and most importantly there is a beautiful view. The location is far from the city but there is a train station very close.

Giuseppina was very helpful and she always responded quickly to my questions. The property was beautiful and the breakfast bits were a great extra. The only slight drawback was due to using public transport the options were limited later in the evening but it did not detract from the overall visit.

Had a great stay! The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was easy, and the place was exactly as described. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Plus, the location is fantastic—there’s an amazing deli, La Fattoria di Torri Vittorio, right on the same street, and a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. It's also close to Central Station, making it super convenient for getting around. Would definitely book again! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was perfect for just me but can fit 4 (5 if you have someone sleep on the couch). Given the loft I’m not sure if it’s suitable for toddlers/kids who are not keen on listening. You can tell Marzio and his family care about the place with their little welcome binder that has typed up notes on the neighborhood, Chinatown, its history, and recommendations on what to try in the neighborhood. The supermarket is down the block which was super convenient. I’m a big walker and found I was no more than 20-45 mins from everywhere I wanted to go (Duomo, Milano Centrale, Four Seasons). The apartment is on the first floor and at the entrance so you do hear cars driving by and the motors of the doors when it opens up for tenants cars— if you’re a deep sleeper and plan on being gone most of the day then this shouldn’t bother much. Loved this place. The Marche metro station was within the walkable distance. I really felt like home at There's place. She was always responsive, and helped me with the check-in. She keeps the place very clean and well organised. No one needs a high-end place to stay in Milan, while you can stay at a place like Teresa's. Highly recommended!

The loft was a fantastic place to stay. I felt immediately at home, self check in was easy and it was exactly as described along with some welcoming treats. Nikolay was very easy and friendly to communicate with throughout my stay. The place is so close to Zara metro and Isola so it’s a great location and so simple to get to the centre and to Centrale station if you’re visiting the lakes. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.
