Staying with Roberto was a great experience. Extremely easy check in and very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well.

What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is situated within 2 minutes of the Duomo, and close to restaurants,cafes and bars. Federica who was responsable for renting and cleaning the unit was there to greet us, and to review everything in the unit, air conditioning, kitchen, washer/dryer etc… During our visit in this region, we had an accident where one us broke our foot. As we don’t speak Italian, we had to navigate through the Italian national healthcare system. Federica was so helpful in helping through this experience. She made some calls for us to help us out as to where to go. She was also helpful in getting us to the airport as our travel plans had changed due to the health issue. Bravo!!!

My husband and I stayed here as a first stop on our honeymoon and we loved it. Sara was so kind! The location was great being so close to Como lago train Station. Sara gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to see.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Stunning apartment that had everything we needed. Amazing location very close to a square of beautiful restaurants, shops & bars. close to lake , recommend the ferry to Berlagio. We had a wonderful short break at Lake Como.

We stayed in Milan for a night and Cinzia’s place was exactly what were we looking for. It’s close to two metro stations and you can get to all the main spots very quickly. It’s also very close to the train station so it’s extremely convenient if you are arriving at Milan Central station. Cinzia was very nice and even helped us when we were lost. She also provided recommendations for things to do and see. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

We had a great time, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear but the GPS didn't work, very narrow paved road and a really not easy to navigate slope. Beautiful apartment overlooking the lake, swimming pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I would highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be counted and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly as described: clean, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)
