Entire Apartment I am always available to better organize your vacation, give suggestions on itineraries on the lake or in the mountains, book rental boats, and any information that allows you to enjoy the beauty of Como to the fullest. In the house, on the magnetic board, there will always be updates on all the most beautiful events in the city and on the lake. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, close to the walled city and not far from the lake. The neighborhood is well-frequented and very well served in terms of shops and parking. It is located in the city centre a stone's throw from the historic centre and the central San Giovanni station, also the terminus of the main bus lines. The neighbourhood offers all the main services: parking, 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria, bar. All the local and tourist attractions can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Next to the house there is a Carrefour open 24h / 24h. The Como S. Giovanni train station is 500m away and can be reached on foot. On request it is possible to have another single bed or a bed for small children in the bedroom. The apartment has new double glazing and noises from the street can not be heard.

Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

We offer 2 double rooms,1 private and one on the mezzanine and a single room (double on request).
