Cottage vacation rentals in Como

We stayed at the farm for a family Christmas. Homes and spaces have largely exceeded all guests' expectations. All rooms have a bathroom, and the kitchen is exceptional, equipped with everything. The table had been prepared with care and style, and there was ample space for the kids to play. The common spaces are even equipped with a fireplace and outside there is a garden with some games. The patio, sunny in the morning, has white chairs. Giovanna was welcoming and kind in meeting all our questions or requests and the place is really special. Highly recommended.

Il Borgo was an absolute dream to stay at and it by far surpassed our expectations. We visited Italy for the first time and to be hosted by Luca & Marina on our trip, has set the bar super high for any further trips we may have. Never have we ever met such amazing souls. We booked an air bnb, with the usual expectations. Luca & Marina showered us with so much love and care, that we are still blown away. The views were spectacular, the home was so cosy and immaculate, but what stood out the most was the passion, care and love of Luca & Marina. They both have really put their heart and souls into everything they do. And it really shows that their passion is not business, but rather to be genuine kind souls. To say we all shed a tear on departure of our trip for one another. Just goes to show, how much of a lasting impression they have had 💕thank you Luca & Marina, our Italian parents 💗

Very nice place, clean, well furnished. Host was great. Free parking is 15 minutes walk from the place.

We were received in a very friendly manner and even received active support in bringing in the luggage. Francesco was always available and gave us great tips. We felt very comfortable in this super clean, beautiful apartment with its own lake access and beautiful views. The kitchen was super equipped and had everything you needed. Our children (8&5 years) loved the small playground in front of the apartment and the free access to the lake at all times. Thank you Francesco for the great time in your apartment, we would definitely recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back next year!

Our stay at Sonia's house was very nice. We've especially enjoyed Sonia's flexibility to check in very late, she guided us to the house and gave us a short tour and tips for the surroundings. The view and the sauna+whirlpool are stunning and very unique. Requests from us during our stay have been answered immediately. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

A very nice week spent with the family in the heights and freshness (welcome!) of Lake Como and the beautiful city of Varenna. The place is located in a natural setting. We were surprised to discover a hot tub! The exteriors are very nice and well equipped ( garden furniture, sun loungers) . The interior is very as described. A good location to explore Lake Como by day. we also spent a day in Milan taking the train to Varenna. Patrizia was very responsive to any inquiries.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxed stay at Davide’s place. The villa was very spacious and private with a wonderful outdoor sitting room and kitchen (with same indoors). Everything we needed was available on arrival - water, tea, coffee, bathroom accessories, etc., Porlezza is a gorgeous walkable town beside stunning Lake Lugano. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable in Maura's stone house from the beginning! The house is unique. It has so much charm and every detail is lovingly chosen! The house is perfectly equipped, we lacked nothing! Maura explained everything to us in detail. We enjoyed every minute and will be happy to return! Thank you very much, Maura!

A great stay in a very charming apartment with a great host. The location is wonderful, a steep but short walk down to the centre of Bellano, with decent bars and restaurants in walking distance. Percival was very accommodating, responded rapidly and was able to share tips for the local area. A truly beautiful spot and a rare treat to have a private garden with such a stunning view

Beautiful place and view on the lake from the balkony. Nice and big garden for the kids. And the fireplace was very nice and cosy! We loved our stay, thanks a lot Alessandro and Francesco!!

We spent an amazing week at the Cottage, the Check-In was smooth and easy, Luca showed us everything we needed to know and even left us a watermelon as a snack. There is more than enough room so the house is perfect for groups but also works for couples (like us). The location is quite off-road so be prepared to drive through nature to get there. That makes it perfect if you enjoy quiet and peaceful holidays surrounded by nature. There is a hiking path and a river just a few minutes away. You need just a few minutes (~10) to get to the centre of the city (Menaggio).

For the third time at Roberto's and once again really nice. The Rustico is a little old-fashioned and not perfectly furnished, but fulfills all wishes for a 3-5 day stay. The large garden area and tranquility are fantastic and really unique! Grazie mille!

As always, we felt very comfortable and took very great tours on foot and by road bike.

We rented for the entire month of August because we like to escape the heat of Spain. And we really got it right, we loved the place and the house. In the mountains, good temperature during the day and cool at night. In the middle of the forest we enjoyed nature and tranquility. Many walking paths in the woods, many very nice places to visit around Lake Como. We loved everything! We'll be back for sure! And the owners are wonderful people, thank you very much for everything!

we had a wonderful time in Pilissy's gorgeous home. the views were amazing from the 2 balconies as see. in photos. very warm in cold weather and superb bathrooms . master bedtoom decor was very tastefully done. we arrived quite late and were very tired, hence requested the accommodation manager Maria to get us some dinner. she was extremely helpful by getting us dinner and bread, water etc. Pillissy was always very detailed with communication and really helpful!

Enjoyed our stay in Argegno on Lake Como. We appreciated that I was a small villiage out of the hustle and bustle of a large city Center. Excellent view of the lake and delicious local food. Edoardo was excellent at giving directions and reccomendations. The location was easy to walk to from the bus stop. It was also very clean

We arrived as a family of 5. The place is beautifully located and well appointed. All destinations are easily accessible on foot. The owner is very accommodating and informs you very well.

We had an incredible stay at Jeannies place. The view is breathtaking and the cottage is rustic and very comfortable with everything we needed. We chose to walk from the ferry (this took almost an hour up with luggage and 25 minutes down… be forewarned you’ll be better off with a car). It was very clear from the instructions that we’d be in for a trek but opted for it anyway! Antonella is lovely and was very friendly. Would highly recommend buying some of her cheese!

Extended Rustico in a beautiful and quiet location. Thanks to the three spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, it can be used well with 6 people. Large, newly refurbished bathroom on the first floor. The accommodation of small children is well taken care of (crib, high chair, etc.). In the cool months, the ground floor must be additionally with electric ovens and a fireplace (firewood only available to a limited extent). Everything needed for a longer stay is available. Giordano is very helpful and quick to respond to queries.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation has a lot of charm. It is placed in a small high up village, quiet and very typical. It is easy to reach by car around Lake Como. Thank you very much
