Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Central Texas

My Lady and I celebrated our three year anniversary here for a week. Maya was a great host. Everything was listed as it was. The entrance also had some updates and she let us know. The view is very breathtaking and the house was very cleanly and welcoming for us. There are instructions on how to use most utilities in the house. (the stove was very nice and required some figuring out haha) The master bedroom has a TV that comes down from the ceiling using a remote. The area is very quiet. The patio has a grill and some tables to eat outside if you wish. Maya will let you know if any lawn care contractors will be coming to help clear brush, so critters don't make homes where you walk around. Overall this is a great place to stay. Not only for the amazing view and home, but you'll also be having a host that will make sure you're taken care of and will answer you promptly. 10/10. We would stay here again. Thank you again Maya

Mary and Ken’s wildlife ranch is hands-down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. It’s private, serene, perfectly situated in hill country, just outside of Fredericksburg. The home itself has everything you need and is the best stocked Airbnb I have ever encountered. The wildlife was amazing… we easily counted over 60 wild deer each day coming and going, as well as wild hog, turkey, and many birds. As an Airbnb host this is the level of hosting I strive for… they have thought of everything and ensure that you are well looked after; they are kind and generous hosts. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is looking for a getaway away from the crowd, but close enough to go to town if you want to.

We had a wonderful stay at Eickenloff Retreat! The home is beautiful, clutter-free and well kept. It was cozy and we loved the extra touches (like bags of popcorn, coffee, razors, toothbrushes in case you forgot yours, etc.). Our kids loved the pool and I really enjoyed the many birds we could view from the backyard. I saw 3 male bluejays at once! We will definitely book here again!

Beautiful home! Lots of space, clean and great for families.

Jay's place was absolutely amazing. Very peaceful, clean, comfortable, easy to find and even has neighborhood park with pickle ball, pool and lake access. Close to lake Travis and Austin, but with a private and exclusive feel. The pool was amazing, but most of all the host was very responsive, respectful, friendly and accessible. It overall is a 5 star experience! I would definitely go back and I highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was clean, and easy to find. Communicating with the host was quick and easy as well.

We enjoyed Angie's place and would book it again if we revisited the area. It has a gorgeous view from inside and outside the house. The home is gated all around, so you get that extra secluded, cozy feeling. Ending the evening in the jacuzzi with the lake view is a sight you must see for yourself! The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of the land and how cute the Susie is. The house is pristine and has everything you need for a peaceful time away from everything. Dripping Springs is 15 minutes away with many things to keep you occupied.

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Truly a comforting and cozy place to stay at! The little kitchen had many appliances provided and we were even able to make a cup of tea and coffee which was super lovely. It’s also placed in a perfect area with plenty of stores and places to eat nearby!

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! by far Georgia was the best host ever so hospitable so friendly so proactive to tell me about restaurants nearby and things to do. she went out of her way to make homemade cookies to welcome her and proactively was attentive to our needs and wants. by far so clean so beautiful so peaceful I loved every little bit of the experience I had there with my daughter it truly was a beautiful experience very well worth it and we got to see deer around the property other animals on the other side of the fence it was just beautiful and breathtaking. I strongly advise and encourage people to enjoy themselves here and the bed is just comfortable like no other the bathroom Tip Top with anything you could possibly need super clean same for the kitchen sadly we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub but it was very beautiful.

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

Karen’s carriage house was perfect for our brief stay in Georgetown. It was immaculately clean, and all instructions were easy to follow. It had everything that we needed and had everything needed for someone who was staying longer. We highly recommend Karen’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We had such a wonderful time! the condo was clean and smelled great. Bed and pillows were comfy. The balcony had a great view of the deer and courtyard. Zach was very responsive and gave great directions on parking and how to locate the condo. We will definitely return!

I had such a great stay! The house is beautiful, and the whole area is so peaceful and scenic. I loved how close it was to Gruene — it made it super easy to get out and explore. One of the highlights for me was seeing all the deer around the property. I even grabbed some corn to feed them, which was such a fun experience. The hot tub and porch swing were both perfect for relaxing and just enjoying the quiet. Also, the host was so kind, responsive, and proactive — they really made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Honestly, it was the perfect little escape. I’d definitely love to come back sometime!

This location was the perfect stay for our group! It was cozy, neat/tidy, and super cute! We were only 6 minutes from Main Street, a couple minutes from the Walmart, Chick-fil-A, HTeaO, Starbucks, and so much more! We loved how easy it was to get on 290 to visit all the wineries! Everything was clearly explained and detailed for us, so check in and check out was super easy! Communication with the hosts was also super easy. Also, during the day the road does have cars going by, but at night it is very quiet and peaceful. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely look this place up the next time we make the trip down!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

Home was as described with river access and the perfect location! We enjoyed floating the river and hanging out at the river in front of the home. Home was clean and had all the amenities listed. Host was friendly and communicated well and explained checkin and checkout clearly. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much ♥️
