Ann was super responsive and the safari casita was so adorable!!! We had a blast renting a golf cart and cruising down the accessible path to the river. There were floats, paddle boards and kayaks available to use. A cute patio and fire pit with wood. We will definitely be back!

Great communications from host. Proactive in addressing issues before you even knew there was an issue. Off street parking with closed gate was a huge win!!! High end finishes throughout. Outdoor grill and refrigerator. About 35min walk to Alamodome was not an issue since that is how much time we would have been in traffic if we would have tried to drive.

Esther was very friendly/helpful throughout the whole process. Very satisfied with our stay at her place in San Antonio.

This is my fourth visit to Waco and my first stay at the Cocoa Suites. I have fallen in love with Homestead Heritage and to be on site was a dream come true! This beautiful location provided the much needed rest and recharge that I seek out every spring break. Sitting on the deck in the morning and at sunset was so peaceful! The place is clean and comfortable. The loft was so cute! I loved being able to access the different shops on the property. I visited the Silos as well. This listing is so close to everything in Waco.We had little issue with the AC and it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this listing. I will be back again!

Our stay at Stone Home Ranch was fantastic. Wendy was an excellent coordinator, offering great area suggestions and quickly arranging firewood after our request. Her son Colby also set out firewood for the pit and Wendy even offered to mail a forgotten item. The property is stunning and comfortably fit all 9 of us. The large kitchen was fully equipped, and Wendy provided farm fresh eggs; some guests even harvested their own. The river access, kayaks, and paddleboards were major highlights. The spacious back patio was perfect for games, and the multiple balconies and master suite’s private sunroom were lovely. The bathrooms were well-designed with excellent water pressure in the showers. Enjoying coffee while hearing the rooster crow was a charming experience. We had a memorable stay and plan to return. We highly recommend Stone Home Ranch!

Tom's place is even prettier than the pictures reflect. The description is spot-on, and this charming and peaceful house has a terrific view of Lake Travis -- even while sitting inside on of the two very comfy sofas. It's a perfect place for a weekend getaway and is not far at all from shopping; it's only about 25 min from downtown Austin. It feels like you're far away in the country, though. Tom is a great host and is helpful if needed but otherwise very laid-back. We'll hopefully be back!

Stayed with my family for a family trip and it was a good area and a very nice home. The backyard was a nice hangout area. I would stay here again

Very clean! The beds were so comfy and this is an amazing home for family quality time. My family and i would love to stay again. Very spacious and beautiful home! The best part was the hot tub! The host communicated fast as well. Give it a try it’s worth the price!

We had a great family reunion here. We cooked most of our meals at home and hung out at the house a lot. It was very comfortable and had beautiful views of the hill country in the morning while we had our coffee. It was wonderful to have all of the coffee, toiletries and cooking staples that we needed provided for us. Jonathan and Valarie were extremely helpful and responsive. I wish we had more time to explore more of the hill country and days to use the pool and hot tub. Thank you! Julie

We loved falcons nest. Beautiful property. Looks like the pictures. We were able to get quick responses all weekend. It was a peaceful yet enjoyable birthday weekend. The gate entrance is hard to find from the dark road. And I was a bit bummed to leave out two more of my close friends that couldn't even visit the property during the day (No day guests past the 10 guests permitted to stay.). But I understood the 10 person max guideline and previous issues they've had with too many guests. We'd definitely return.

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!

This is a beautiful home with an outstanding view! It had lots of space for our family of 12 to spread out and come together! The home was very much like the pictures and the hosts were so kind and very responsive to the one question i had! I had no reason to contact them further because everything was perfect and the instructions for the home were very clear! The only thing i will say, is the water pressure in every single shower was abysmal. The water barely came out, and not one female in our group was able to really clean their hair. But the wonderful house and awesome view and the memories we made more than outweighed the water pressure!

Diego was very helpful and responsive to any issues that came up. The place was very comfortable and we felt at home. I would definitely stay at his place again or recommend it to anyone who needed a place to stay in Bastrop.

The home was a perfect place to get away from the city. It was quiet and very spacious with the comfort of enjoying a family weekend. Danielle and her husband are great hosts and answered any question needed. Only thing I didn't like is I couldn't stay longer due to work haha. I will be getting this place again for an actual vacation with longer time to relax. My mother loved it and the hot tub was her favorite spot. Danielle look for me going to your place again and I thank you personally for you and your husband hospitality.

The pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. It was such a beautiful peaceful stay. The views were excellent and Tye was an excellent host and extremely accommodating. Will definitely book again.

This house was the perfect place for my family to enjoy a few days away from home. The backyard made us feel like we were in a resort far away, even though we were close to home in Georgetown. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, and Rhonda was an excellent and communicative host. The only problem for me, which I think might be a consideration for some others, is that there are steps in many locations on the first floor. Because I recently had eye surgery, I had to be extra-careful to make sure I didn't miss a step. We also didn't notice in the pictures that the second bedroom downstairs has French doors, so privacy was an issue there. It was still a great experience in a beautiful house.

The place was beautifully designed and would highly recommend — especially if you have a baby or child. It’s fully stocked with all the things you would need. Only thing to note is that while it’s not in the city center the street does get a decent amount of traffic so just be aware of that. Overall though, I’d definitely stay there again.
