Vacation rentals with breakfast in Central Texas

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

Loved the coffee bar (with all coffee essentials, a french press, single cup Keurig style maker, and 5 cup coffee pot), extra pillows, full length mirror. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We appreciated the signs throughout with reminders and minor instructions. Floors were very clean, so in my opinion it is *very* worth it to follow the no-shoes rule; makes the place feel even cozier like you're right at home. The backyard is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out there in the morning having coffee and breakfast while hearing bird sounds from the trees. Overall, just a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at CiCi’s home! The place was everything as advertised and we felt right at home. Cici even had Kolaches waiting for us when we arrived. Quiet neighborhood with deer roaming around in the morning and evening. We feel like Cici is our friend now. Great place to stay! Thanks for everything CiCi!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Casita on the Ranch. It is such a peaceful place out in the country yet close to the main highway. I love sitting on the porch listening to the sounds of nature. The house has all the amenities one needs for an enjoyable stay.

Andrew’s place was a good spot to land as we moved to San Antonio. It was family friendly as there was a park in walking distance. It had the amenities needed to cook frequent meals.

Amanda is a wonderful host, with a beautiful home. I highly recommend you stay here if you get the opportunity.

The accommodations were perfect and met our every need. The hosts even put toddler riding toys in the house, knowing our two-year old granddaughter was going to be with us, and she loved playing with those.

Our stay at Jane’s place was perfect for our needs. The apartment looked exactly like her photos (pretty awesome) and she had it stocked with everything we needed and more. Jane was quick to respond when we were looking for recommendations and directions. If you are looking for locally made Austin souvenirs, which we were, she told us about a great place not far from her home. Austin Gift Company. We went to Austin to see a show at Sam’s Town Point and her place was a quick Uber ride there and about 15-20 minutes from the airport. Downtown is not walking distance but a quick drive or Uber. We felt very safe in her neighborhood and home and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Jane!

We really enjoyed our stay. Matt's communication was A+. The private gated entrance was great. The patio outside was secluded and really nice. We found everything so nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Good location for us also. We plan to stay again the next time we are in town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved how the house was at a dead end right by a bridge you can walk across. They also have a skateboard park under the bridge. Everything was close too! It was perfect for just me and my husband!

My dad and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Mike’s place. Waking up to nine deer right outside. the door was awesome. His place is very well stocked and comfortable. We will definitely be back assuming we are back in Kerrville.

Great location in the middle of downtown. Jennifer was very responsive and had great suggestions for where to eat and what to do while in town. If I ever had questions, she was always willing to help.

Really enjoyed our stay in the B&B! Host was very friendly and we found the space clean and peaceful. We stayed a Saturday night and used the gift certificate to the cafe - great food and atmosphere there.

Annie Laurie and Jim were great host! Made us feel welcomed and at home. When we needed something, they were there to accommodate. When we had a question, they were there to answer. The extra touches were much appreciated! We couldn't have asked for anything else. So sweet and thoughtful couple. We will definitely booking again when in Marlin! I highly recommend 10/10.

This was a great bungalo. Just as descried, cozy with antique decor. The hot tub was a big hit for us. We ran the spartan race and it i=was just what we needed after a long day of exercise.

If you're looking for a true farm stay in Bellville, this is your place! We truly enjoyed interacting with all the animals, especially the cat, the donkeys and ponies, the dog and the goats. The peacocks and horses were beautiful! My husband, daughter and I stayed upstairs. My mom stayed downstairs. We liked our upstairs bathroom. The pantry was nice. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and back patio. We appreciated the fenced in yard. We needed a place to stay for family reunion. Thank you!

Christina was a lovely host with a beautiful house! She was very quick to respond and worked with me for an early check in which was SO appreciated. Next time I make a trip out here, I’ll definitely reach out to her first 🙂

This place was amaaazing! So peaceful. So many small touches. Especially loved the porch swings and the sweet dogs that would visit for a pet and wanted to play. Saw deer in the morning. Breakfast was amazing and Craig and his team very helpful and friendly! We’d come back for sure!!

The house and all rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Myra is friendly and a gracious host. We stayed 2 days and her breakfast was awesome: buttery scrambled eggs with toast and bacon. There was also fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice. She okays her plan for breakfast with you beforehand in case there is a dietary restriction. She took us on an UTV tour of the property to meet and greet the animals. She brought plenty of carrots for our group to feed the animals. It was fun for everyone. The paddleboats & hot tub were also great. Highly recommend Old 300 Barbecue and Texas Cannon Brewing Company for pizza. We hope to come back again!
