You will never be bothered for the duration of your stay. Whole Foods is less than a half a mile walk if you're looking to come back and cook for a quiet evening in or extravagant breakfast. Walk, jog or rent bikes or scooters down Shoal Creek Hike & Bike Trail to get into the heart of Austin. Uber/Lyft/Taxis and public transit are all immediately available. Watch boats cruise by from the balcony at sunset and enjoy the deer that come on the island. Due to severe allergic reactions, we are unable to accept animals. Boat slip available for rent.

Top floor deep water view villa with living, bedroom and patio waterfront views of sunsets and Pace Bend. Our 2 bedroom is on the top floor (elevator access) with high ceilings and it’s gorgeous! Yes! We have wifi, in villa washer and dryer, salon spa and 3 year round pools (indoor closed, south pool to open May 22) Pool 3 and hot tub are open! hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, shuffle board, tennis and pickleball! Only 6 guests max including infants and children. Boat slip available for rent.
