It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Located 12 miles south of downtown, we are close enough to enjoy the luxuries of the city as well as the relaxation that our country setting offers. Our suite is above our garage and sits amongst the treetops of a large Live Oak. We are located on a wet creek which is frequented by deer, ducks and Great Blue Herons to name a few. Aside from the peaceful setting we offer, our suite is private and spacious.

Only 14 miles from Austin Bergstrom Airport and 21 miles from COTA. Owners live on site on the other side of the house. This is an entire private space which is part of the home. Private side entrance with keyless lock. Microwave, full size fridge and coffee maker. This is a ZERO tolerance drugs property. Pets are not allowed either.
