Very new and clean place. Full kitchen utensils. We saw wild deer when we first arrived. Easy to check in by ourselves. Only 20 minutes to Outlets. We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in this place.

very quiet spot great for contractors

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Julio’s place during the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was our first time visiting Texas and it made a great home away from home getaway. The location was close to our family we were visiting. It was a cute, clean and cozy town house. It was stocked with everything you may need to cook, clean, and also the necessities a guest may have forgotten while packing. The decor was beautiful as well! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit next year! The host left clear instructions and everything went well!

We had an amazing time at this bungalow! The amount of detail placed into this rental is unreal and awesome! Whatever you think you need, they have thought about it! This is a great location to be near downtown and UT. We would return again for sure.

This place was great. The location was perfect for getting downtown to the river walk and convention center. It's also only a 15 minute walk(or a very short drive) to the transportation center next to the mall. We were able to use the bus several days during our stay, which saved us a lot on parking. The area was safe, and quiet. The room had everything we needed for a few days. Cute little kitchette, nice shower, and a comfy bed. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Would certainly recommend this spot.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was even bigger than we expected, super clean, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and comfortable—like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and spacious stay!

Rodney is a great host. He was there when we needed him to teach us about the tv remotes and scarce otherwise. We enjoyed spending time with family in Meridian and coming “home” to peaceful and pleasant surroundings to just relax. Thanks, Rod❣️

This was the perfect space for myself and my 6 closest friends to celebrate my bachelorette party!! Its was such a beautiful space and very quiet and private. The host was so proactive with check in information, was flexible with an early check in time. They provided a clean and charming stay. I would stay here 10 times over, very affordable and walkable! Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

Very easy location to find and very close to food trucks, restaurants, and bars in the area. The birds (electric scooters) are a fun way to get around the city quickly and made touring the area that much more fun and accessible. This little gem is the perfect size for two people, with an open concept living room and kitchen as well as a very large bathroom with modern amenities. Asad was easy to communicate with and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed including an entire list of activities in the area. The porch area of the home is a nice little touch that gives a garden vibe and is a nice, private place to chill outdoors. Lots of very friendly cats in the area, make sure you give them lots of pets if you visit! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and experience the hustle and bustle of Austin again soon!

Our stay with Fredrik and Sarah was excellent! They were kind, helpful, and communicated promptly. The apartment was very cozy, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The location, and neighborhood in general, is peaceful and quiet (I loved the sound of rustling trees at night!). On nearby commercial streets, there are lots of great casual restaurants like Taco Deli and Eldorado Café. If you want to make a reservation and go more upscale, Barley Swine and Fonda San Miguel are awesome. The apartment is a 10–15-minute drive or rideshare to downtown Austin events and venues. We will definitely book again and highly recommend staying with Sarah and Fredrik!

Maria's place was very clean & homey. She had a great kitchen with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy & we felt safe staying there. Her house was close to the downtown area & attractions. I would highly recommend staying at Maria's place.

We had such a great experience here! The yard was a peaceful oasis with beautiful plant life and birds, and the little pool was most refreshing. The place was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Jeff was friendly but also was very respectful of our privacy. The nearby train tracks are noticeable but we didn’t mind it at all. Location was perfect for walking around Buda and rideshares were fairly easy to get into downtown Austin. Very much enjoyed everything about our stay, and would stay again, we definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at David's place! It was cozy, comfortable, and just what we needed! Communication was excellent, and responsive. I wouls 100% recommend staying here for other guests in the San Antonio area 😊

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Wonderful place in Fredricksburg! We will stay here again. I love how close it is to everything, yet quiet enough too!

This adorable place was the perfect spot for walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg. It is beautifully decorated and everything was clean. Easy walk to town and all the great boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants, and easy access by car to Luckenbach for live music one direction and Enchanted Rock for hiking in the other. The hostess was friendly and easily accessible, and gave great recommendations for food. We can’t wait to come back.

Georgia, Eric and Dakota were wonderful hosts! Their place is beautiful, comfortable, and has so many thoughtful little touches. They met us when we arrived and provided so many helpful recommendations. Would absolutely recommend for your stay in Canyon Lake!

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The house spotless, inviting, and there was a note and treat waiting for me on the dining room table. I was not expecting to have one of the most luxurious air bnb stays in temple, tx for this price! I didn’t end up cooking but the kitchen looked to be fully stocked with tons of extras. There were drinks in the fridge and a gallon of water next to the keurig for me to use. Nothing was forgotten at this place. The hosts are obviously very thoughtful, down to every last detail. Thank you for such a peaceful stay. I will be back.

Drew and his team were remarkable. The home was beautiful, clean, well kept and had everything youd need for a getaway. Everyones bedrooms had their own full bathroom, a walk in closet for your belongings, and ceiling fans for extra breeze. We traveled with 8 people , 4 kids and 4 adults, and never felt overcrowded in the home. It truly was the best pick! The amenities are also a plus! We rented 2 cars. Parking was free and easily accessible. The location could not have been any more perfect. It was 5-10 min from the airport, downtown hot spots, and eateries. If i can give it 10 stars, i really would. We plan to visit Austin every year during the same time, as we have Martial Arts conferences we take part in and we are looking forward to staying here again! Thank you Drew and team for being great hosts. We really and sincerely appreciate all your help and accommodations for our stay! You have surpassed our needs! A beautiful getaway for a weekend in hill country. Kathleen was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time there!
