Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Central Florida

We've stayed at Indigo at the Beach for spring break two years in a row with our daughters. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and downtown. Corinna and Tim are super nice and communicative. And the place is spotless and has all the fixings for a day at the beach, a home cooked meal, or anything else you'd want to do on vacation. The pool is also lovely.

The space itself was very nice and the back patio was our favorite part. Carrie and her husband were very kind and responded quickly. Would definitely come again on our next trip to Florida!

We had such a lovely stay at Matt’s place. Everything was clean and inviting. Situated on a quiet street, we were able to get great sleep and felt like we had plenty of privacy. The neighborhood was charming and close enough to town that we want into town several times a day.

I had a wonderful stay. Taylor was very communicative, and everything was nicely organized, making check-in very easy. The spot had beautiful lighting, I loved how there were multiple air conditioners, making it very comfortable inside. And it was very clean. I would happily stay here again

Great communication skills

Stayed for a week in April with my girlfriend Nicolli. We absolutely loved it!Ver clean, close to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key and Lido beach. The Airbnb looks just like the pictures. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Regina's place is terrific! It's clean, comfortable, and has lots of amenities. She is a great host and a lovely person. We enjoyed our visit and will come back. I highly recommend this place.

This is an absolutely perfect apartment for one or two people. Very well thought out and high end finishes. The kitchen has apartment sized appliances, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bathroom is small but lovely. the location is perfect, in the beautiful Indian Beach, Sapphire Shores area and very close to downtown. I would absolutely highly recommend this. turner communicated with me very well and was extremely accommodating.

This property was perfect for our stay. The a/c worked great. Lots of hot water for our large family. A well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. A large hot tub. A bonus screened building over the canal. My favorite was the porch swing overlooking the water. We saw lots of birds and a few river otters. Frankie met us at check in and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk with. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay. Everything was as promised. really enjoyed the outside cooking area and fire pit.

We had a fantastic stay. Excellent location: near Universal and not that far from Disney. This Airbnb is definitely set up for hosting fun get togethers. Everyone liked the different themed rooms. The place was clean and well equipped (loved the rainbow kitchen utensils). Very thoughtful how they provided extra towels for each guest and even pool towels in the back. The backyard had the necessary equipment to enjoy the amenities they had (for us it was the pool and miniature golf). Something to note is they’re strict about their check in time. But overall we had a great time and it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Pat & Krystens place was so homey, comfortable, and decorated so darn cute. The backyard was truly tranquil, pool was amazing with the floaties, the tiki bar and black stone grill, a perfect paradise with the palm trees, hammock, wooden lawn chairs, couch and hot tub. Pat & Krysten were excellent with communication. The house was clean and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place 😊

Andrew was on the ball and the house was comfort and clean. It smelt great when we arrived, that made me feel like he really cared about his house and his guests.

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

We had a great time. Lytia was very responsive and quickly responded when we needed something. The back deck was my family's favorite spot to hang out. The neighbors are super friendly. They waved and talked to us like we've been there for years. We plan to return years to come.

Nice clean house centrally located in St. Petersburg with easy access to all areas of the city. Adam was easy to coordinate with and made check in and check out a breeze.

Great place in a beautiful location. Direct access to beach is a privilege. You can enjoy sunrise, heated pool and hot tub. Penny was great so don’t forget to say hi to her. She can fix any problem you have during your stay. I would definitely come back again.

Best by far Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. This place was well stocked with everything you would possibly need for a family with young children. So nicely decorated and welcoming. I would highly recommend. We were a party of 3 but 6 could comfortably stay here. Thanks for making our stay feel like home.

The stay at Daniel's apartment was excellent. It is comfortable, clean and organized. The place is beautiful, calm and the location is perfect. Daniel was very polite and helpful, he was always available for whatever we needed. Anyway, I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back!
