Best sunset on Lake Weir! Lake front with private sand beach we are located on Sunset Harbor on Lake Weir. Plenty of dock space and beach space for several boats. House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Located in Rio Vista which has it's own private gated 3 acre park on the Rainbow River! The park has bathrooms, pavilions, grills and a boat ramp - so BRING YOUR BOAT! Relax riverside at the private park where you can fish and swim. Park is five minute walk (2 blocks) from the home. Free for guest use are kayaks and paddle boards. They can be transported with the golf cart which has a hitch and kayak trailer. If your vehicle has a hitch you may to use it for other area destinations.

"Cutty Shack" Waterfront Kissimmee River House 3/3

"Cutty Shack" is the perfect fishing retreat. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home built by our family in 1969. The Cutty Shack will sleep 6-7. This large stilt home (all living area is upstairs) is situated directly over Kissimmee River and right next door to Camp Mack River Resort. You and your group can enjoy peaceful evenings in the house, or walk next door to grab a drink and watch a "weigh-in". Our family has enjoyed this retreat for five generations and we hope you will too!
