Condo vacation rentals in Central Florida

The condo is fantastic and in a great location. Oceanfront balcony that wraps around to pool side. Table and chairs outside for dining or coffee options. Great sitting area inside that looks out at the ocean. Very well stocked kitchen. 2 coffee pots and supplied coffee. Cooking pans, utensils, appliances, spices, and dishes. A quick trip across the street to Publix and we had everything needed to cook a meal. Best part was going out on the balcony to eat. Better view than any of the restaurants! The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Nice touch so you don't have to pack so much. Washer and dryer with laundry soap made it convenient so we did not have to travel home with wet beach clothes. Also had beach chairs and towels. Stasia was very good at communicating clear instructions about how and when to check in/out. She checked on us once we settled in to see if we needed anything. Great condo and host!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristen’s beachside condo. The view is unbeatable, location just as good. The place does have stairs, but very private and a great space. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The property was on a gorgeous section of the Gulf Coast and the public portions were vwry welk maintained. The condo was pretty and had every convenience.

The view was amazing! Enjoyed the home and the on-site pool… Jeff was very welcoming and I felt right at home staying here. Very close to many attractions in the Orlando area.

We had a fantastic five-day stay! Check-in was smooth, even at 1:30 AM, which was greatly appreciated. The location is stunning—right next to a peaceful lake, making for a relaxing retreat. The house itself was charming and well-kept. While a few small details could be improved, they didn’t impact our overall experience. Water bottles weren’t provided upon late-night arrival, and bathroom amenities were minimal for a five-day stay. The kitchen lacked paper towels, only one toilet roll was available, and bath towels had some wear. The community pool wasn’t clean, possibly due to windy weather, so we skipped it. Despite these minor things, the beautiful setting and comfortable stay made this a wonderful trip. With small tweaks, it would be perfect. Highly recommend for a tranquil lake getaway!

My husband and I had yet another wonderful 2 week stay in Michelle’s condo at the Pelican. The condo has everything we needed for our stay here and we absolutely love the beautiful view of the ocean(my happy place!) that you can see whether relaxing on the private balcony or sitting inside the open concept living space. The condo is situated in a perfect location. Flagler Avenue( lots of good restaurants and shops) is within walking distance of 20/25 minutes and there are so many other shops and restaurants just minutes away by car. Michelle is an extremely pleasant person to talk to and has always returned all of our calls right away if we had any questions. We enjoyed staying at her condo so much that we have booked yet again (our third time) and can’t wait to return! Thank you again Michelle for the use of your condo for our vacation to New Smyrna Beach!

Condo is located in a great location and is exactly as described. Comfortable and everything you need at home is available ale. Kenneth was very accommodating and responsive to any messages. Would definitely recommend!!

Kristi's place is a nature lover's paradise. Birders bring your binoculars! I came for a peaceful relaxing getaway and this place delivered. I came in May and I was able to watch both the sunrise and sunset right from the balcony. Kristi's place is clean and had everything I needed to feel at home. Nestled up above the mangroves, I sat and watched various Florida sea birds glide by me - Roseate Spoonbills, Ibises, Ospreys, Herons and Egrets just to name a few. And I saw dolphins too! There's a dock on the propery where you can fish, and launch a kayak from the shore. This place is a real gem and Kristi is the perfect host. I'll definately be back!

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

My mother & I stayed here for a Mother's day staycation. It was comfortable for just us two and the pullout bed was pretty comfortable compared to most. The primary bed was the most comfortable of course. We both live in tiny homes, so we were comfortable with a studio apartment layout and especially with the outdoor sitting area that we spent most of our time enjoying. The space felt a lot bigger than what it probably is, and the location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying again. Safe place for solo female travelers as well and pups are welcomed 😊🐶🌴

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

This exceeding any expectations for taking our kids to Disney for the first time. Eric truly thought of everything to make the condo feel like home away from home and anything you need down to silverware for your our baby and toddler. This was such an exceptional experience and the resort was so much fun for our 1 year old and 3 year old!

Absolutely perfect stay! This spacious, spotless 2/2 condo on the Clearwater Cut is ideally located near shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The private palm-shaded lounge and beach area felt like a hidden oasis, and it’s just a short walk to the stunning public beaches. The well-equipped layout made relaxing easy, and the balcony view was simply breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back and recharge again!

I have stayed at a lot of properties on Daytona, and this is by far the best one. When I arrived, there was somebody to show me around which I had never had before so I didn’t have any issues finding where things were because I had a nice in-depth tour when I got there. The view was beautiful never really had to ask the host for anything because the tour was so informational. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you’re trying to find a good one for the summer with friends and family.

Our stay was wonderful and this condo is beautiful. Exactly as described and pictured. Probably even better. Bed are amazing ! Best part of a good stay is the beds and all 3 were 10/10. Loved the space, the view and the beautiful decor . I would recommend all day long and I would also return to the building and this condo. Easy parking, lots of great upgrades being done to the place. Pool super nice salt water and nice and warm. Lots of chairs to sit on and rented umbrella and loungers on the beach multi days. Loved that they provided beach chairs and boards from the common area for my son to use which made the waves even funner. Overall a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much

We attended the local festival this weekend. Jackson’s place was not only close to the venue. It was located right on the beach and had the best view in town in my opinion. We would love to stay here again. Everything was walkable and Jackson was a great host!

This place was exactly how it was pictured. Very clean, communicated amenities, very responsive host, quiet and comfortable. We had a group of 6 and it was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend for both large or small groups.

We recommend your stay at Crescent Beach Club 1-18C. Sand Feet is the most communicative host we have ever encountered in our travels. The relaxing beautiful beach is beyond words. Every day we watched dolphins go by and we even saw a manta ray and a manatee one day! From the moment you arrive at the CBC parking lot you are greeted by friendly guards which gives you a safe feeling. Those feelings are magnified when you realize the elevator lobby, pool and beach are only accessed by the fob provided to you. No unwanted visitors really makes you feel as safe as being at home! You won’t regret choosing this place for your next vacation!

We took our mother for Mother's Day weekend and it didn't disappoint! The view was nothing short of spectacular! It was clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated as well. The hosts were also very friendly and responsive, which made our experience even more pleasant. We definitely plan on staying again!
