Vacation rentals with lake access in Central Florida

Gary was fantastic to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. He even sent us some Pepsi and Chips for letting a maintenance man come install a new timer while we were there. We will be back, thanks a lot Gary❤️

This is a wonderful property in a wonderful, scenic part of Florida, Rainbow Springs. The home is located on a small cove that is adjacent to the springs so accessing the water of the Rainbow River and the Withlacoochee River is as easy as it gets. The home is well equipped for vacationers and very comfortable and beautiful. Our family loves this spot and have returned multiple times. Couldn't be better!

The Acorn is such a special place. The owners were so kind. The home had everything you need, right down to little trays on the dresser for your jewelry and such. The fish were biting and the turtles poked their little heads out to say hello. We also had a few exciting visits from George! We will be back for sure!

This is our second time staying in Corey’s beautiful home and it accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. It’s clean and spacious. Big yard for kids to kick a soccer ball around, and our oldest went fishing off the pier. Only recommendation is to pack bug spray. 10/10

Cheryl and her husband are the most kind and genuine people! Everything was perfect, the unit was extremely clean upon arrival and stocked up! We got to enjoy the kayaks and beautiful sunsets, there were a ton of fish to catch too! I will definitely be returning! Thank you again!!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jared's place! It looked exactly like the photos, very clean, and included all the basics needs (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods). The location was ideal, as our main goal was Legoland but we wanted to explore Orlando's attractions as well. It's also the perfect location for Disney travelers, though we didn't go there on this trip. Jared was an excellent host! Proactive and prompt in communication and appreciative of feedback. When asking my son what I should include he shared, "I had a huge, comfy bed all to myself!" (Referencing the sofa bed.) I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who asks!

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

We loved staying at Fonti’s place the host was quick to respond and very nice. The place was just how it was described and came with a beautiful view. We would love to stay here again if in Orlando.

The apartment is beautiful, large, comfortable, clean, it has everything you need for the holidays and more! Nicolas always responded quickly and answered everything we asked. The pool is beautiful and large! Everything was great.

Great place and location. We walked to the water park with our grandchildren and had a great time! The pool close to the condo was a lot of fun too. Very easy and convenient with a 5 and 2 year old. Highly recommend!

Love Sally’s house! The corner location was awesome with two docks. The main river is a short paddle down the canal. House was clean and in great condition!

We absolutely adored this place! It was so peaceful during the day, and while you might hear an occasional airboat or see someone fishing, the boat traffic was pretty light, especially since the water level was lower than usual, according to our friendly neighbor. We were aware that there were gators around, but we never spotted any—they apparently like to keep a low profile during the day! My favorite spot in the house was definitely the sun porch. While my little one was napping, I loved grabbing my coffee and a good book to relax in my comfy little "nook." The rest of the family enjoyed their time by the water and on the dock, catching fish and making great memories. We can’t wait to come back! This place was spectacular. Sometimes with an air b and b experience, you hope the place is as pleasant as the pictures. This was such a wonderful surprise. Immediately it felt cozy and peaceful, surrounded by nature, wood and botanical details everywhere. But it surpassed that - Every detail of this place had been touched with diligent character, you immediately recognized the owners of this place genuinely cared down to the last morsel of decorations, plates, games and books. Nothing was forgotten. I HIGHLY recommend paying for the extra amenities which made our stay incredible; we booked an extra day just to relax and absorb the relaxation. It was one of the best parts of my trip to Orlando. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, I feel like we’ve found a rare gem in the business of air b and b’s. I cannot wait to book our next stay. This place made you fall in love with Orlando and treating yourself to a hidden oasis away from the modern rat race. INCREDIBLE!

Dennis and Debra were excellent hosts. The little cottage was so cute and my dogs and I felt right at home. I had a chance to meet Dennis and he was very friendly and attentive. The location is great and near restaurants, a grocery store and Homosassa Springs State Park. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

Great hidden little gem! William has the place packed with everything you need for a quick get away trip! From kayaks, to crock pots. We even got a friendly visit from one of the baby alligators. Only thing i can suggest is making the house address numbers a little more visible from the road! And for other guest, make sure to shut the Florida room to help keep the place nice and cool. Thanks for the great stay!

The cottage is beautifully remodeled and decorated. It is in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of downtown. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the linens were new and soft and the furniture was interestingly eclectic. The huge flat screen TV had easy access to many stations and online platforms. The cottage also has a huge backyard area great for family gatherings. There is a Publix within 5 mins as well as churches close by. Mt Dora counts with a wide array of fine dining options as well as many new stores with interesting offerings. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

We had a great time staying at Kenneth’s Airbnb. The home was just like the photos and description. The screened in patio in the back was one of our favorite places to hang. The backyard was big and our dogs loved it. It was so close to the beautiful Downtown Mt Dora area with food and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

We really loved staying here, went for rest and it was so peaceful there. Husband fished and fished loved the lake. House was very clean and nice, so many extras in the kitchen. We will be back. Great neighbors on both sides.
