Tiny house vacation rentals in Central Florida

We loved feeding the turtles 🐢. You have to check out downtown Sanford, walk the Riverwalk & go to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. Don't forget to try the Jailhouse Restaurant - in a real old jailhouse, great food! She was an amazing host.

Nice little cottage tucked away and away from people very quiet and relaxing place charming cottage very clean and just big enough for two people Very easy process for our first air bnb and the owners were great to work with The yard was very nice for the dog he is older so it was just big enough for him to sniff. Location to get to things local is great and very good restaurants nearby Would recommend

Ruth and Jim were truly exceptional hosts! The studio was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—including a great selection of appliances. They went the extra mile by providing a helpful guidebook full of local recommendations, plus a guest book that added a lovely personal touch. Communication was seamless—Ruth and Jim were always quick to respond and genuinely kind in every interaction. Their home is surrounded by beautiful gardens in both the front and back, creating a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. We only wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the cozy backyard furniture! Whenever we return to Daytona Beach, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. Huge thanks to Ruth and Jim for making our visit so memorable!

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay. We wanted something away from the main city and we got it! The cottage had everything we needed and the host was very responsive when we had questions. Their dog was the absolute sweetest and we were greeted by the cat as soon as we arrived. We pulled fresh eggs from the chicken coop and had a lovely fire the last night. We left feeling rejuvenated!

Lovely little cottage! Perfect location for those who are going to Disney, about 15mins and Universal, about 20 mins. The main road was also full of restaurants and food trucks which were also in walking distance. The resort itself was great too, lovely and clean and everyone was really friendly too. Overall, a really lovely place to stay.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The space is stellar- clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Super easy to communicate with the hosts. Conveniently close to the airport, would stay here anytime I travel to the area.

The unit is better than the pictures. The view, too. There is a beautiful full view of the water from the living room window and bedroom. The kitchen window has a view of courtyard and we could see our car. The decir is midcentury modern. Cute and uncluttered. The place was roomy and clean. I loved the midcentury tile in the bathroom. It had a nice comfortable bed with clean linens and one bedspread. There were plenty of towels, wash clothes, 2 beach towels, and sundries. The beach is so close, just a couple blocks and a nice walk. It was so much closer than I thought. The sunsets were beautiful! We walked down to the marina, pier, and shopping. There was so much to look at, the walk was a breeze. We had a wonderful peaceful time and look forward to returning. Bonus: fishing right out the door, boat, jetski, and golf cart rentals are a few buildings over if you want to give that a try. Thank you!

The Shipwreck Bungalow was an amazing stay. It's just as it is in the pictures. It's a cozy, welcoming and vibrant space. The outdoor shower was a highlight, it really felt as if you were out in nature. It was a peaceful little getaway. Sarah was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We'd definitely recommend, and would love to stay here again.

it was certainly a cozy mini house with a beautiful yard with its own sculpture garden that had its own bunnies and chickens welcoming guests. would definitely recommend!

This house shows how much thought was put into it. First off, the private entrance was easy to find and entry into the house was simple and well explained. Ron was very responsive and polite - you knew he was available of any questions came up. However, all of our needs were anticipated. We even loved the extras like the astronaut, blankets, cold water, and snacks. There were even outlets on each side of the bed for chargers so we didn’t have to juggle that. Besides functionality, the house came really well decorated and comfortable, you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into it. This is our new favorite rental, can’t wait to be back.

Me and my girlfriend decided on this place instead of expensive hotel in the area when repticon was in town and it was everything we needed for the weekend, would 100% stay again in the future

This was a really great place to stay. Everything was super clean holes was completely friendly and always answer for us to make sure that we got everything. We need. Definitely coming back one day.

My friend and I both had lake homes in the past and both wanted to try staying in a tiny house. It was a fun two nights. Beautiful lake and very nice donkeys. My little dog Elli was timid and didn't know what to make of them. We had a few laughs over that because Elli kept checking to make sure they were not following us back to the nice safe screened porch. Area just opened a new organic Sprouts grocery store which is wonderful. Wish we had one in Palm Coast. A very cute little place .

Such a peaceful stay, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating, beautiful little cozy cabin, and the little town of Astor was a nice quiet relaxing place to stay.

"Oasis" is the perfect name for this secluded little get-away. The house is beautifully decorated, nicely arranged, and spotless. Such a lovely space to return home to at the end of the day. Despite the house's proximity to neighbors, the house is quiet and the fenced-in yard is private. It is near to beaches and parks, as well as shopping centers and downtown. It's the perfect spot for any vacation!

I am always looking for a deal when I stay somewhere and sometimes it’s not exactly like the photos, but this little gem is so much better in person. I loved the outdoor shower and toilet. It just added a little something extra to my trip. It’s not far from all of the water activities. I would recommend and definitely stay again

Perfectly located for visiting both Disney and Universal. The area is very quiet at night and the bed is comfortable. Communication with the host was friendly and she replied very fast. I would recommend staying here.

This cottage was cute and comfy. A great place to get away for a few days for a wedding. It was quiet with lots of privacy. I appreciated Tom’s great communication skills as well

We had a wonderful stay at the tiny house (barn)! It was such a unique and cozy experience, and our kids absolutely loved it. Jeremiah and Erin were warm and welcoming hosts, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. A perfect little getaway. Highly recommended!

You can't put a price on a good, sweet, peaceful vibe with a vintage twang. We went on the full moon and boy did we get a show over the water! We loved our fun and beautiful stay. We had to leave early early in the morning and just remember to read the info about taking the trash to the dump because we were unable to do so and I like to leave things really nice after I leave. We will cherish this vacation and hope to return again soon for a dose of happiness and forest therapy. Loved it!

I stayed with my two pre-teen nieces for a getaway trip and we LOVED the Tiny House experience! Everything we needed was accessible and it was the perfect size for the three of us! Close to “town” but still private and peaceful. We also really enjoyed the recommendations, especially Hole In One Donuts!
