Vacation rentals with a patio in Central Florida

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for our two kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We’ll be back!!

Andrea's apartment was nice and cozy. We enjoyed the quiet time we so much needed. The pool area was within walking distance and very nice and clean pool.

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

We had a blast staying at Amber’s Airbnb. Everything was just as described and the views are amazing. We came down to visit Disney and surrounding parks and it was easily accessible from every direction. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to the Orlando area, we will certainly be coming back!

Great cozy & very clean space for a couple. Basically across the street from the 8th Street public Beach access. Not a very walkable location to shops and restaurants but scooters available to rent in front of building. I liked that the apartment was about a mile from the busy part of Coco Beach since the beach was much quieter. Everything you could possibly need in apartment, even beach stuff. Perfect spot with plenty of parking and all needed amenities. I recommend for sure!

We had an amazing stay at the Lucky Duck on Weeki Wachee! The property is beautiful, and Donna thought of everything to make it a perfect spring getaway. She provided kayaks, paddleboards, and even a canoe, making it so easy to enjoy the water right from the house. The screened-in porch was a lovely spot to relax, watch boaters pass by, and take in the peaceful surroundings. The property is very quiet, extremely clean (and I am very picky about cleanliness!). The only thing missing was a dishwasher, but that was a small trade-off for such a perfect stay. Highly recommend it!

This is a great cabin!!! It was perfect for my husband, 3 kids & our pups! It's in a peaceful and private neighborhood. My son loved having the basketball hoop! The dock is amazing! Having easy access to put our kayaks in the water (instead of always driving to somewhere) was awesome! We saw gators, fish, turtles and beautiful birds! Its also an easy drive to several Springs The house has all the comforts of home. We just had to supply the groceries! Overall, this was a fun, relaxing, and beautiful cabin. Peter is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would love to stay here again!

Perfection! Had an absolute blast and time to relax. The Cottage was even better than advertised. Clean, quaint, cozy, everything we needed. Aaron was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Host had much needed chilled wine and snacks upon arrival. There is also a “book” of suggested restaurants, shops, and activities, which we did several of and were not disappointed. Already looking at book g again…. We did not want to leave.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our vacation. There were six of us, and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was a huge plus. The property is fully equipped with all the amenities and kitchen utensils you might need to feel right at home. It’s located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and is conveniently close to Epperson Lagoon. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely love to return in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway.

This place was really special. We came for Mother’s Day weekend and really loved Sarah’s place to relax and unwind. We went kayaking in a nearby spring and the next day we took a little drive to Mt Dora to do some shopping and get lunch. I couldn’t wait to get back to the house both times. I just wanted to sit with a cup of coffee looking out at the lake! Cooking in the kitchen is lovely. The view from the kitchen is breathtaking and it’s so functional and well stocked! We felt the beds were comfortable. The place charmingly decorated with so many details! The showers were HOT with great water pressure. The bathrooms were pretty big too. A little ways off the dock there’s an old (non functioning) light tower that now serves as a perch for a hawks nest! We loved spying on them with our binoculars. We saw lots of alligators too and really enjoyed watching one of them catch and enjoy a fish. Sarah was always available to answer questions. I have a feeling we’ll be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Auburndale! The location was perfect—less than 10 minutes from the baseball field where my son was playing, which made things so convenient. The house looked exactly like the photos and was spotless upon arrival. I’m a tough critic when it comes to cleanliness, and this home truly exceeded my expectations. It was not only clean but also very comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The pool was a great bonus, especially for cooling off between games. Every little detail was considered, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly flexible and responsive, and we truly appreciated their hospitality and help with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area!

I love this house and the location. Spotlessly clean and well decorated. Very comfortable. The lake is beautiful. Close to restaurants. There are a lot of interesting things to do close by. Easy to find. It was relaxing to watch the wildlife from the deck and see the wildflowers growing along the lake. Kristin was easy to communicate with and got back to us promptly with answers to our questions. It was a great experience.

GOOD VIBES!! This condo is amazing! Waterfront, had a bar and food, spots to lay out and tan, heated pool. Chris was an amazing host, let us check in early, super clean, smelt good inside, super responsive , accommodating and helpful. Will book again in the future. thank you!!! 5 stars:)

We really had an awesome vacation at Kristi's place. It was so peaceful and relaxing. It was very clean and modern. And very cutely decorated. Thanks again for the wonderful vacation! We will be back!

Maria and Andy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. This is the second AirBNB I've stayed in recently that they've ran and its been a smooth process in working with them. The AirBNB is well maintaned, the location is bueatiful and its proximity to local amenties makes it a great place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

The condo was very easy to find with ample covered parking. We found the condo-community to be a very family friendly, quiet place to stay. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy with clear, easy-to-read instructions. The condo is also a very easy walk to a convivence store and restaurants. This will be top on our list for future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Fantastic and Wonderful! This place has by far been the best!

This condo was great for our first family trip to Disney! I’m so glad I found it. Took us less than 15 mins in the morning from condo to Disney parking. The pool they have there was pretty cute too. Well kept amenities center that the kids enjoyed. Will be booking again for future trips to Disney! Thanks Fonti!

Ryan's place was awesome! It was convenient to everything nearby as well as suited all of our needs. Ryan was a great host as he was quick to respond to anything we had questions about. I'd definitely stay here again! 10/10 for sure!!!!
