The place was pristine. Rarely seen such impeccable house. Very, very clean. Very responsive. Very respectfully and respect our privacy.

The accommodation was perfect - we had a calm, quiet apartment to rest and hang out by the pool or on the terrace. From there we made trips to different beaches and cities, which was convenient. Alessandra was so kind to us, gave us recommendations and helped with local tips

L’appartamento di Lisa è splendido! Vicino a tanti servizi utili: gastronomia, cocktail bar, caffetteria, ristoranti ed alimentari. Con una passeggiata di qualche minuto si raggiunge la spiaggia libera vicina oppure si può optare per ombrellone e sdraio di uno dei tanti lidi presenti. La casa è bellissima, curata nei dettagli e pulitissima. Esternamente il gazebo e le sdraio permettono momenti di relax ad ogni ora del giorno. Inoltre Lisa è stata presente per ogni necessità e ci ha permesso un check-out tardivo. Dulcis in fundo, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato due omaggi. Una bottiglia di prosecco ed un cesto di limoni sotto al gazebo. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie di tutto!

This sunny apartment was a dream come true! Lucca is an absolutely beautiful place and the apartment is convenient to everything! We felt at home on the first day and our entire week was unforgettable. Vanessa is a gem and helped make our trip a 10!

Wir durften eine wundervolle Woche in Christines Apartment verbringen – und es war vom ersten Moment an einfach perfekt. Christine ist eine Gastgeberin mit ganz viel Herz: aufmerksam, herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Man spürt sofort. Das Apartment war blitzsauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich bin normalerweise sehr kritisch, was Sauberkeit und Komfort betrifft – aber hier war wirklich alles makellos. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub ! Danke Christine ❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento un weekend e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L’alloggio era esattamente come descritto: luminoso, pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. L’host è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile: ci ha suggerito ottimi posti da visitare e dove mangiare, e, visto che era possibile, ci ha gentilmente permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out e di posticipare l’orario di partenza. Consigliatissimo, torneremmo volentieri!

Wunderschöne und mit viele Liebe und Details eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, man musste nur kurz über die Düne und war am Strand. Auch die Restaurants/ Strandbars in der Nähe hatten leckeres Essen und es war quasi alles vor der Tür. Toll fanden wir auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung! Gerade die ganzen Strandsachen, mit Matten, Schirm, Liegestühle usw. waren super! Die Wohnung eignet sich auch gut um schnell nach Livorno zu kommen oder auch Florenz (ca. 1,15h) oder Sienna (ca. 1,50h) mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Marina hatte uns Bilder vorab geschickt, sodass wir die Einfahrt super leicht finden konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war eine rundum tolle Erfahrung in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft mitten in der Natur der Toscana. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld der Reise war unkompliziert und es gab eine genaue Beschreibung für die Anreise. Vor Ort hat uns Marcella bestens empfangen und uns viel über die Unterkunft und Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung in der Umgebung erzählt. Gute Restauranttips waren auch dabei. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und schlicht eingerichtet und wird um eine eigene kleine Terasse ergänzt, auf der man morgens in der Sonne sitzt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und empfehlen dieses Airbnb wärmstens! :)

This was a fantastic stay in a great location, right in the heart of the city center of Lucca. The apartment matched the description perfectly. It was especially convenient for anyone studying at LIS (Lucca Italian School). The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with luggage on both arrival and departure. The host was also very responsive whenever needed. The balcony was a big plus - as you are on the third floor, but you can step outside any time. We really enjoyed the birds outside. This place is highly recommended, and we would stay again the future.

Consiglio a tutti! La casa è molto ordinata e attrezzata. Il giardino è splendidamente tenuto con cura e ordine. Perfetto per le famiglie! Il mare dista a pochissimi minuti a piedi e la zona è molto tranquilla. Host molto gentile e disponibile, sia per dare consigli che sugli orari di arrivo/partenza. Merita, merita, merita!!!

Everything was exactly as described, the place was modern, clean and very spacious! The amazing view from the balcony was what initially sold us and it did not dissapoint! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. This place is definitely recommendable!

Sehr schöne, charmant eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Anwesens mit riesigem Park und großen Bäumen, ganz wunderbar. Vicopisano ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit guten Restaurants und einer hervorragenden Gelateria. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa oder ans Meer. Die Besitzerin Martina hat uns sehr nett empfangen, es gab auch einen Begrüssungskorb. Auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, für die wir sehr dankbar waren. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Excellent séjour chez Nedda et sa famille. La maison et l’environnement autour offrent un cadre paisible et parfait pour se ressourcer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 🙂

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

Cozy apartment with tons of character, and nice outdoor garden. Located 45 minutes from Florence and 40 minutes from Pisa. There are restaurants and stores all within a 5 minute drive. Be aware that most of the restaurants do not open until after 630. Super responsive and polite host, we lost the keys on our city tour and she brought us the spare set.

Wir waren von der Unterkunft, dem wunderschönen Städtchen Peccioli (!!!) und der tollen toskanischen Umgebung begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist super und es fehlt an nichts... die Betten sind gemütlich, die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und in der wunderschönen Grotte haben wir nach ereignisreichen Tagen relaxed. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top... Florenz, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca... alles problemlos innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar! ...und Alessandra haben wir zwar nur kurz bei der Anreise getroffen, aber das war sehr nett und alles unkompliziert! Auf jeden Fall volle fünf Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung!!! So geht Toskana 👍

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben. Alles lief reibungslos, gerne wieder!

Voor de derde keer mochten we verblijven in het Family Guest house bij Andrea en zijn familie, de ontvangst was zoals gewoonlijk gastvrij en liefdevol. We hebben hier een paar dagen gewerkt en ook daarvoor is het een uitstekende locatie. Verder is het huis een prima uitvalsbasis voor een wijntour, bezoek aan de mooiste plekken en steden in Toscane en het ligt een kleine drie kwartier van de kust. Een toplocatie!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte mit vier Personen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen. Leider war das Wasser im Pool gekippt und somit nicht nutzbar, was natürlich schade war, da wir uns darauf gefreut hatten. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und bemüht zu helfen, aber leider konnte das Problem in der kurzen Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr behoben werden. Insgesamt dennoch ein schönes Haus, mit Potenzial für einen perfekten Aufenthalt – wenn der Pool wieder in Ordnung ist.

Lorenzo’s beautiful home tucked away in this pretty valley is a little piece of paradise! The property was no problem to find with Lorenzo’s directions and the self check-in was easy. The space was spotless and tastefully decorated — the pictures only tell half the story! It seemed like around every corner around the property, there was another thoughtful, pretty sitting area to enjoy the view, a meal or a quiet moment. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. The location is a bit off the beaten path yet only an hour from the sea or Sienna and an hour and a half from Florence, perfect for exploring the region some days and just enjoying to house and gardens on others. The nearby village has a small but well-stocked grocery store, a nice little bar for aperitivo on the village square and a couple of very good restaurants that cater to the locals — we felt very much at home there immediately! Thank you, Lorenzo, for such a wonderful experience under the Tuscan sun!

Giambattista is a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. Helped us with recommendations for some really good restaurants, events of the moment, itinerary of stuff to do nearby and also took care of our problems throughout the stay. The location is peaceful and beautiful. The jacuzzi with the stunning view was amazing. Bugs easily pass through the doors so they were a bit too much in the house, it’s kind of normal in the mountains and the host helped us promptly with solutions. Recommended for a good experience in the midst of nature.
