The place was pristine. Rarely seen such impeccable house. Very, very clean. Very responsive. Very respectfully and respect our privacy.

The accommodation was perfect - we had a calm, quiet apartment to rest and hang out by the pool or on the terrace. From there we made trips to different beaches and cities, which was convenient. Alessandra was so kind to us, gave us recommendations and helped with local tips

Lisa's apartment is gorgeous! Close to many useful services: gastronomy, cocktail bar, cafe, restaurants and groceries. A few minutes' walk takes you to the nearby free beach or you can opt for an umbrella and lounge chairs on one of the many beaches. The house is beautiful, thoughtful, and super clean. Externally, the gazebo and lounge chairs allow moments of relaxation at all hours of the day. Lisa was also present for every need and allowed us to check out late. Dulcis in fundo, upon arrival we found two gifts. A bottle of prosecco and a basket of lemons under the gazebo. We'll definitely be back, thanks for everything!

This sunny apartment was a dream come true! Lucca is an absolutely beautiful place and the apartment is convenient to everything! We felt at home on the first day and our entire week was unforgettable. Vanessa is a gem and helped make our trip a 10!

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

We stayed in this apartment for a weekend and had a great time! The accommodation was exactly as described: bright, clean and cared for in every detail, equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The host was extremely friendly and helpful: he suggested great places to visit and where to eat, and, since it was possible, he kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out and postpone the departure time. Highly recommended, we would gladly come back!

Beautiful apartment furnished with lots of love and details. We had very nice days in the immediate vicinity of the beach, you only had to cross the dune briefly and you were on the beach. Also the restaurants/beach bars nearby had delicious food and it was basically everything in front of the door. We also loved the furnishings of the apartment! Especially all the beach things, with mats, umbrella, deck chairs, etc. were great! The apartment is also well suited to quickly get to Livorno or to explore Florence (about 1.15 hours) or Siena (about 1.50 hours) by car. Marina had sent us pictures in advance, so we could find the entrance super easily. We will be happy to come back!

It was an all-around great experience in a beautiful place surrounded by the nature of Tuscany. The contact in advance of the trip was straightforward and there was an accurate description of the arrival. Marcella welcomed us very well on site and told us a lot about the accommodation and possibilities of leisure activities in the area. Good restaurant tips were also included. The apartment is very nice and simply furnished and is complemented by its own small terrace where you can sit in the sun in the morning. We would love to come back anytime and highly recommend this Airbnb! :)

This was a fantastic stay in a great location, right in the heart of the city center of Lucca. The apartment matched the description perfectly. It was especially convenient for anyone studying at LIS (Lucca Italian School). The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with luggage on both arrival and departure. The host was also very responsive whenever needed. The balcony was a big plus - as you are on the third floor, but you can step outside any time. We really enjoyed the birds outside. This place is highly recommended, and we would stay again the future.

I recommend it to everyone! The house is very tidy and well-equipped. The garden is beautifully maintained with care and order. Perfect for families! The sea is just a few minutes' walk away and the area is very quiet. Very kind and helpful host, both for giving advice and on arrival/departure times. It's worth it, it's worth it, it's worth it!!!

Everything was exactly as described, the place was modern, clean and very spacious! The amazing view from the balcony was what initially sold us and it did not dissapoint! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. This place is definitely recommendable!

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

Cozy apartment with tons of character, and nice outdoor garden. Located 45 minutes from Florence and 40 minutes from Pisa. There are restaurants and stores all within a 5 minute drive. Be aware that most of the restaurants do not open until after 630. Super responsive and polite host, we lost the keys on our city tour and she brought us the spare set.

We loved the accommodation, the beautiful town of Peccioli (!!!) and the great Tuscan surroundings! The accommodation is great and nothing is missing... the beds are cozy, the decor is very nice and in the beautiful grotto we relaxed after eventful days. The location of the accommodation is great... Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca... all easily accessible within an hour by car! ...and we only met Alessandra briefly on arrival, but that was very nice and everything uncomplicated! Definitely full five stars and a clear recommendation!!! This is Tuscany 👍

Highly recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful little apartment with very large outdoor roof space for dining, lounging etc. very clean. Walking distance to all of lucca.

Lorenzo’s beautiful home tucked away in this pretty valley is a little piece of paradise! The property was no problem to find with Lorenzo’s directions and the self check-in was easy. The space was spotless and tastefully decorated — the pictures only tell half the story! It seemed like around every corner around the property, there was another thoughtful, pretty sitting area to enjoy the view, a meal or a quiet moment. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. The location is a bit off the beaten path yet only an hour from the sea or Sienna and an hour and a half from Florence, perfect for exploring the region some days and just enjoying to house and gardens on others. The nearby village has a small but well-stocked grocery store, a nice little bar for aperitivo on the village square and a couple of very good restaurants that cater to the locals — we felt very much at home there immediately! Thank you, Lorenzo, for such a wonderful experience under the Tuscan sun!

Giambattista is a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. Helped us with recommendations for some really good restaurants, events of the moment, itinerary of stuff to do nearby and also took care of our problems throughout the stay. The location is peaceful and beautiful. The jacuzzi with the stunning view was amazing. Bugs easily pass through the doors so they were a bit too much in the house, it’s kind of normal in the mountains and the host helped us promptly with solutions. Recommended for a good experience in the midst of nature.
