Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Carcassonne

When you get to Marthomis you will be welcomed by the butterflies, the good smell of lavender and the crowing of the rooster. You can go and pet the horses next door. The calm ,the tranquility of the place and the sound of the stream are perfect for making good naps. The house offers many amenities that are not often found in other vacation rentals. Everything is available which adds a plus. The whole family is delighted with their vacation.

The person who hosted us was nice. Home with beautiful views and infinity pool. The bedding is comfortable.

We spent 5 very restful days at Michael's. The cottage is comfortable and well-equipped. The view from the terrace to the pool and garden with the mountains as a backdrop is just beautiful. The pool is very large and we enjoyed it every afternoon. Michael was a very thoughtful host (thank you for the delicious scented lavender cake!). He gave us some good tips for sightseeing and the many hikes possible. We really enjoyed the shaded walk along the Candesoubre, with its small waterfalls, and the visit to Minerve (and the excellent Chantovent restaurant!). We'll be back for sure! Thanks, Michael.

Meagan's place is perfect for a couple. It is very functional and tastefully furnished. The area is beautiful, between sea and mountain, hikes, heritage, history and gastronomy to discover. Meagan is the best! A very responsive host and incredibly kind. If it exists, Airbnb should give her a category above "superhost" and "traveler favorite". We would highly recommend it.

We had a great time in Conilhac. Located in a quiet quarter, the accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped. The pool is very well maintained and allows for pleasant swimming. The garden is a little piece of heaven! Edith and Jan are welcoming and caring hosts, discreet and available whenever needed. We recommend their accommodation without hesitation!

Excellent rental in this village of HOMPS! Tasteful decoration and really nice interior space, functional with beautiful volumes. Extremely pleasant apartment to live in, both indoors and outdoors sheltered from the wind, facing south in winter; it's exceptional! Kitchen is super well-equipped, nothing is missing, dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, gas stove, in short, complete. The adjustable interior lighting is warm, the radiant interior heating system allows you to have a great time in the warmth in winter. Huge very spacious bathroom with unusual decor. Thank you!!

I'm not going to say a lot because it's just one of the best places to disconnect I've been able to do, both in terms of the energy of the place, and the forest that surrounds it! Dry toilet, outdoor shower, beautiful terrain... everything to please nature lovers looking for independence!

We LOVED IT!!!! A super original experience to do as a family: unusual accommodation for children but very comfortable for parents. It's well thought out, super cute, well-equipped outdoor kitchen, enough to make a fire to grill marshmallows. We should have taken one more night. Tip: the teepees are a little transparent, transparent bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light.
