Excellent stay in the cottage of Calmettes! A very big thank you to Stéphane for his warm welcome and his great availability. The site is beautiful, the cottage, very well equipped with plenty of games available. We came with 5 families of squash players during a fairly rainy period, so the squash court and the spa saw us every day!...

Super recommended!! Fully equipped apartment with air conditioning. It has a terrace with private garden that communicated with the pool and all the facilities that it has. The apartment has bicycles to be able to use them. We loved it. We will definitely do it again. Thank you!!!!

The house is a haven of peace. Too bad the sun didn't come out so we could fully enjoy the outdoors, which offers a magnificent life. The house is VERY well-equipped and very welcoming. The bedding is very good and the sheets are beautiful. Everything is available: coffee, tea, soap, even washable makeup remover wipes. It's great! Hosts are responsive and welcoming. The bathroom is not a closed room, it is in the master bedroom, important to go with people you feel comfortable and trustworthy with☺️. See you very soon, Laetitia

Nice apartment, well arranged. Everything is well thought out. Sabine is accommodating and very pleasant. The building is quiet and the apartment was clean. The reserved parking space is a plus and makes the stay easier.

We stayed for one night in the apartment Resi 'Danse with our 3 children. It is very suitable for our family! The bedding is very comfortable, everything was very clean and the apartment is beautifully decorated and arranged. Thomas was very responsive after a little check-in problem, thank you again for your attention. We hope to stop again on an upcoming trip, maybe in the summer to enjoy the outdoors... ☺️

We had a great summer vacation at Jan's place. With two families (four adults and four children) we stayed in Velieux for two weeks and it was lovely. The house is large and nicely decorated. A true family place. With beautiful weather, we were mainly outside. The pool is wonderful, with plenty of sunbeds and shade. And a diving board 😁 The "game room" was a hit to blow off steam with darts, billiards, ping pong or the gym. And all meals outside on one of the terraces. We explored the area extensively, there was so much to do. Nice towns like Beziers, Narbonne, Minerve and Carcassonne. Caves, a climbing park, nice sandy beaches. And a lot of wine! It's all a bit of a drive away, but the landscapes are beautiful, so driving is fine. In addition, it's vacation, so time is plenty of time. Jan and his wife are very helpful and have many tips for the surroundings. They live next to the house and are there when you need them. The kids were all away from them.

Stay was great in a lovely well equipped house. The only difficulty we had was that the house number was not provided initially but quickly remedied by Jérôme. Lots to do in area. Garden beautiful. Private parking a bonus. Good kitchen for cooking

Very nice place to have a family vacation of any age; There's even an elevator. Every bedroom has a beautiful bathroom. The living areas are very spacious and the kitchen is equipped and functional. Agathe and his husband are attentive and responsive to our requests. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

Hélène's place met our expectations. Well located, just 20 minutes from the city of Carcassonne while remaining in a peaceful location. Fabulous house, just like the photos. The pool was wonderful, just the right temperature to cool off and lovely surroundings to sit and relax. The house had plenty of space for a family of 5, comfortable beds, much needed air conditioning, large modern bathrooms and all the amenities you need. We liked the extra modern touches, such as a Sonos in most rooms to play music and also the Nintendo Switch, PS4, movies and Netflix for some fun and relaxation in the evenings. Carcasonne town is lovely, with some great restaurants. We loved the nearby lake which was in walking distance. Lots of activities for the kids, paddle boarding, pedaloes and aqua park. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Thank you Guillaume and Emilie for a wonderful holiday!

This is a super stay with everything you need. Also for the children shortage of nothing. It was exactly a toy shop for both indoor and outdoors for young and old. Full fitted kitchen. Very spacious. Gocar to get some food food. Be very kindly received also during our stay we could count on them. This is definitely recommended.

The estate is wonderful and the loft we rented was perfect. Large (400 m2 anyway!), tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The estate is wonderful I said, and so big and impressive that we didn't even go around. I can imagine what it will be like when the amenities outside are completed... The pool is super beautiful and big. We were lucky to have it to ourselves during our stay. In general, we like to be totally alone. But Christian and Rachel are so friendly and thoughtful that their presence didn't bother us at all. In the end, I recommend this place without hesitation. Especially since we were among the first to rent, and even if the work already done is impressive, they will continue and make this place a real little paradise!

Location matches the photos. Living room with magnificent views of Limoux and the mountains, extremely comfortable and really pleasant with billiards, a massage chair, open kitchen (well equipped) Our regret is not being able to stay there longer… Because between the pool, the jacuzzi, the foosball impossible to get bored... Good bakery 5 min from the rental, brewery on the square also affordable and good... To be booked without a second thought!! Jérôme is a very responsive, thoughtful host!

Delightful rental. Very spacious with excellent living area and second kitchen in the garden beside the pool. 4 barbeques. The garden is excellent for children and the pool extremely safe, gated and lockable. Jean-Marie and Michelle could not be more helpful. Good restaurant and bakery down the road and supermarket within five minutes drive. Lovely area to explore and about 25 minutes drive into Carcassonne. Would highly recommend property.

Upon arrival you could not access the property because the keys were not there. They took almost 1h to respond but they finally fixed it for us. The accommodation in perfect condition is very comfortable and very clean. The ideal place to disconnect. Thank you

Karine and Julie were friendly and responsive hosts, fixing issues as soon as they were identified. Flexibility on check in was very much appreciated. The accommodation was quiet, bright, ultra clean and comfortable. The area was very central with loads of restaurant options and an amazing boulangerie nearby on the main road. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
