I really enjoyed the stay. The apartment is ideal for a longer stay. Yes, in the hotel opposite, there is sometimes loud music or children who stay up longer, but I would say that everything is within reason. Good bus connection to Portocristo (next largest supermarket & gym), the local supermarket is within walking distance and the sun on the balcony is a dream for a lunch break. Once I had Internet problems, so I had to go to the beach. Christian took care of it immediately and then it was fine again. Otherwise, the Internet connection works perfectly! Video calls via Zoom & Teams as well as phone calls to Germany are possible. Highly recommended! I'd love to come back :-)

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also really appreciated the on-site parking, which was very convenient. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The bar and restaurant on-site serve delicious food and drinks, and the coffee is truly excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Palma!

We enjoyed our stay at Cristian's. The house was like shown in the pictures and description. We travelled off season, hence found a calmer town but with reduced offer for dinner. Cristian was a great host, very responsive and caring. We definitely recommend staying there.

We had a great time very exotic, the accommodation is very good 👍 We enjoyed the very well maintained pool. We were happy with the well-equipped accommodation all for the holiday umbrellas, beach towels.... The only downside there is no coffee maker but we went on foot to drink our morning coffee in the city center which is within 10 minutes it was nice 😜 We found space to park every time I thank very much Svetlana for allowing us to stay longer we had to leave by 12pm we left at 5pm we were able to enjoy the beach until the last moment. We had an unforgettable 7 days. Mallorca is a must! Thank you so much for our perfect summer honeymoon trip 👍
