Apartment vacation rentals in Cales de Mallorca

The place was more than good! Alvaro was quick to respond to our inquiries, he was extremely nice. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful, close to the coast. There is parking nearby, and sometimes there are spaces available right in front of the apartment. Downstairs the garden is maintained and made with a lot of desire and effort. We recommend!

The accommodation is ideally located for visiting the northeast of the island. The beach is accessible at the foot of the building, the view from the terrace is remarkable. And the host is particularly welcoming.

Quiet surroundings, located directly on the beach. The place had everything we needed. The communication was hassle-free. We are always happy to come back for the winter months.

Fantastic stay here, superb sunny outdoor space that we made great use of and well equipped with outdoor furniture. Lovely quiet neighbourhood, 15 min walk to old town, loads of closer restaurants too. Bed was memory foam and extremely comfortable and we also made use of the free access to Prime video which was a bonus of an evening. Great place with nice balcony where you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun. Parking right in front of the house. Hosts are usually easily accessible. Very quiet area. However, a large construction site is being set up for a new house right outside the door

Very well located apartment, in the center of the resort, quiet with sea view. It was a pleasure to hear the sound of the sea from every room. Thank you for hosting our hosts ( little touches: fruit .) Big plus also: a dedicated parking space. I recommend this apartment.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Everything was really great, Small issue with the stove that works with gas The pots are a bit cooked downstairs because it looks like the gas stove wasn't quite right Otherwise really everything spotless Beautiful outdoor area, lots of chairs, Maybe a little bit of cutlery and crockery Overall but unconditionally recommended

We felt very comfortable. The place is exactly as described, very clean and we immediately felt at home. The highlight is the large balcony with a roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea (sea only from the top) The bed is very cozy and the apartment has top amenities. The water pressure and temperature are also great. We would come back anytime :) Definitely recommend!

We returned to an area we know well so knew what to expect. We had a lovely stay and Claudia was a great host.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

Great apartment with beautiful balcony overlooking the stunning pool. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and brilliant location from which you can explore the lovely surroundings

Again, a huge thank you for this great holiday with a lovely welcome surprise. The apartment is very nice and clean, there was nothing missing, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Inken was always quickly available and very eager to respond to our inquiries. Many shopping opportunities are within walking distance, as are the beaches. Parking was absolutely possible at the property. We felt very comfortable and are looking forward to coming back now.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The pool was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. The complex is clean inside and on the grounds, and everyone was very friendly. There is a local shop and a few OK restaurants, but you might want to go further afield if you want something more Mallorcan. My kids made penpals with the neighbours, which is always a plus!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.
