House vacation rentals in Cales de Mallorca

Everything corresponded to the descriptions, but I would not recommend the journey if it is already dark (lonely and uneven paths). We were well contacted before and our questions were answered well. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Ana and she gave us many hints for a pleasant stay. The finca is relatively lonely, you should know that. Ideal for peace and relaxation. Magnificent view into the countryside. And it's very local and welcoming. We were very satisfied and can absolutely recommend it if you want to stay secluded and yet (by car) quickly experience wonderful places and beaches.

Great place, very private at the end of a dirt road (need a car), lost in nature. Very few neighbors but far away and you cannot see other houses from Maria’s place. If you want a tranquil and serene place, this is it! The lap pool is very nice and the house is quaint and small but had all we needed. As mentioned by other reviews, the beds are not very comfortable and the phone/wifi extremely spotty.

We had a wonderful stay at Laetitia’s place! The apartment was just as beautiful as in the photos – very clean, stylish, and perfectly equipped. We had everything we needed. Communication with Laetitia was warm and easy. We felt completely at home and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa 10min walk from a small town with everything you need. 15mins drive from Santanyí if you want a bigger town. The villa has lots of fun amenities to take advantage of and everything was clean and perfectly set out for us including a welcome basket with wine when we checked in! Anabel was also super responsive and helpful with whatever we needed.

Probably the best garden I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world! Totally amazing Bonzai and cactus garden then beautiful olive orchard - totally inspiring. Great pool and every amenities you could want. We loved it and would come again! Juan was helpful and informative. Quiet and an easy walkable distance from town, buses and the all important beach all in all 100%!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Particularly noteworthy are the large pool and barbecue area – perfect for relaxing days and cozy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and would be happy to come back!

Fabulous place in a quiet location, but not far from the center of Santanyí with great starting point for excursions. We felt very comfortable as a family with small children. We liked the pool best. Roberto was always available and very helpful. I'm sure we'll be back!

The place is beautifully located. It is quiet and the view of the sea is simply great. However, a rental car is a must in this area. The apartment has everything we needed. Above all, the air conditioning is extremely quiet. Swimming in the sea is easily possible, but only with good bathing shoes. What was somewhat irritating were the walkers who walked directly in front. Nevertheless, we liked it enormously and we would come back. Everything worked out wonderfully and Jose always wrote back quickly.

we were there for 16 days. We felt immediately comfortable. Great house. Nina is a super host, immediately on hand if there are any questions. Those who, like me, unfortunately also have to work on vacation, should know that the WiFi on the roof terrace and on the 2nd floor is a bit bumpy. But that didn't spoil the vacation.

An absolute dream right on the sea! The house was just perfect – with a stunning view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the basement, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to the sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips on restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

Barbara’s home was as described in the pictures and in a wonderful location in a small town where you could walk to the beach. The home was spacious and perfect for two couples as two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms we’re at opposite ends of the house. This allowed for two couples to have some privacy and the amenities to themselves. There are lovely walks in the neighbourhood and all the amenities such as groceries and restaurants are all within 15 or so minutes. I would definitely recommend this home.

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

Very quiet area. Outdoor area very well maintained. Interior with authentic furnishings. Outdoor kitchen and grill, with fridge and seating, TOP. Within a 20-minute drive, restaurants/swimming coves/shopping/disposal etc. accessible. The communication was quick. I'd love to come back when the public access road has been paved.

Everything was amazing! The house, the location & the view. We had a fantastic holiday and Margarita was a great host, always available and very caring. 10/10 recommend!!

We had a great time and enjoyed the stay in this beautiful house in Portocolom.

We had a great time with a family of 11 (8 adults, 3 children). Everything is well equipped, clean and the swimming pool was a big hit for the kids (although it was still a bit cold). We had barbecues outside and there was also plenty of space inside the house to chill. Bedrooms are big, with each it’s own bathroom with bath and/or shower. Supermarket was closeby and the beach is just a short drive away. Would recommend this place!

Beautiful house, great host - we enjoyed every minute! Perfect setting for a family vacation with our toddler. Edwin was a great host, always kind & responsive, proactively providing valuable recommendations and answering questions within short term. The location was fantastic, right on the water away from busy touristy places. We swam every morning right from the house, and there were nice little beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful house, everything we needed was there. Nice linens, nice beds, nice bathroom, kitchen fully equipped. Good parking for rental and guest car; neighbors quiet and nice. Michele is a very nice guy; very friendly and met us and answered all our questions and showed us how everything worked. When we had questions during our stay he always responded right away. He was very flexible out our arrival and departure times. We would definitely stay at Michele's again and recommend it to family and friends.

We stayed in Stephan's place for 10days end of Feb and beginning of March. Although the weather was not the best with sunshine on and off, this house is a gem--beautiful and warm! We stayed with our infant daughter who just started to crawl and she enjoyed exploring every inch of the house. It is a perfect place for staying with a little one. The host provided highchair and crib and was super responsive. We would come again!

The house is exactly as in the pictures. Spectacular view, comfortable beds and bathrooms, very quiet area, well equipped and close to many beautiful beaches. Oliver is friendly and responds promptly. I recommend it.

Location was perfect for us - close to the water, good hub for exploring the Eastern coast, and ideal for our tennis at the Rafa Nadal Academy! House was super clean, well stocked, and had great indoor and outdoor seating areas to enjoy all parts of the day and weather, and the coordination was easy throughout. Highly recommend if going to be in this part of the island.
