Shady is a very friendly host. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with a nice view of the canal. The photos nicely correspond to reality. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth: Shady provided all the instructions in advance. The building is relatively close to Yas Mall, Ferrari World, and SeaWorld, and there are two parks nearby. Overall, I highly recommend staying in Shady's place if you are visiting Abu Dhabi.

Excellent value for money. Packed with all essentials. Lovely comfortable beds. Sofas were huge enough for 3 people to sleep on. Great communication with Mohammed. Allocated parking space was a great plus. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Felt right at home

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Dubai! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home away from home. The villa was perfect for what we needed it for. Easy access to the desert beautiful early morning walks, pool area was very nice and the community was friendly. Do be aware of where the villa is geographically and make sure you understand that there is a commute into Dubai.

Guys, this is with my personal experience. If you want a private place with beautiful view but in the center of marina. Don't miss this, trust me I've stayed in many properties listed in marina but nothing could match mikhail's place. Also he is so responsive, available all the time. Thanks man! This is on my top lost always.

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

In one word: “A true home away from home” I stayed at Leileen’s apartment for 2 weeks on a business trip, and all was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment very cozy and spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. Leileen is an outstanding host, always quick to respond! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back during my next trip!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Dubai Marina! The location is unbeatable—just a 15-minute walk to the beach, with stunning views of the marina, a mosque right in front, and 24/7 restaurants and a supermarket conveniently located nearby. His hospitality truly stood out and made us feel at home. We loved our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again—highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!
