A great apartment. Really well located. 10-15 mins from Downtown and DIFC. The apartment is spacious and has everything that you need. Large towels were provided. The building is new and has a great pool. There are the 3 main supermarkets chains within a 6 minute walk of the apartment.

A very beautiful place, and I thank Mr. Mohammed for everything he provided to us before our arrival until the moment we left, and I will repeat the visit every time I come to Dubai

Best Place with Best View 😍

This apartment has just breathtaking views. It's located in Downtown Views II, just opposite the Dubai Mall. It has clear views from the ground to top of Burj Khalifa. The apartment is located on high floor giving you the luxury vibe. The apartment is very clean. The host Ibrahim is the best, we faced some Air Conditioning issues on our checkin, but Ibrahim made sure to get it fixed on the same day. This apartment feels more like a home now. Looking forward to stay here again!

Beautiful place. Has an amazing view. The mall is literally a stone throw away and we had a great time. Yuri is such an amazing host and we are definitely going back to that place!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely incredible! The design is beautiful—every detail is thoughtfully curated, making it both stylish and comfortable. The highlight, of course, was the stunning view of the Burj Khalifa from the windows; waking up to that iconic skyline was unforgettable. We had such an amazing stay at Basharatullah's apartment and can not reccomend it enough. Spacious, extremely clean flat with fantastic amenities and comfy hotel-like mattresses and bed linen. The location is great with Dubai Mall a 2 min walk away as well as superb views. The facilites are top spec with an impressive gym and large pool which is never too full. We particularly enjoyed the shallow kid's pool, which is shaded and that my 2 year old could stand in without being held. The kid's play areas are great and also shaded. The hosts' communication was superb from the initial booking through to check out. The instructions were clear and the facilities extremely easy to access and use. We also really appreciated the toiletries provided and the children's toys and books provided. The apartment was great value for money and I have already recommended it to some friends who are planning to visit Dubai. Thank you for such a fantastic stay Basharatullah!

Very good person and place

Gil has a fantastic unit and was very helpful/responsive with my needs. I have stayed in many places in Dubai. I always have be up staying at MarquiseTower. Groceries are nearby, restaurants are nearby, parking is very easy, and access to the major roads to get around. Dubai’s major attractions are very accessible with no traffic. .

Loved everything about it! Prime location, the best people I could have asked for, good coworking, nice community area, intense FIFA matches on the PS5, nice beds. Will come back and can 100% recommend!

Great place to stay, very well presented and comfortable. Shebab was always on hand to offer assistance if i needed it which was great. The location is good as its 20 mins from most landmarks, however the surrounding areas are still developing so maybe some drilling.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

Alice is a very kind and thoughtful host and she makes you feel you are right at home. She was welcoming and very warm. The villa is cozy and clean. The bed is comfortable. I hope to be back in the future.

Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

located in a residential area , very peace and nice place, great service worth visiting . Will definitely visit again and great staff.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊
