Alice is a very kind and thoughtful host and she makes you feel you are right at home. She was welcoming and very warm. The villa is cozy and clean. The bed is comfortable. I hope to be back in the future.

Shai is truly a super host. She made sure we felt right at home, checked in on us a few times and even provided cleaning material and laundry detergents. The house was spotless and well maintained! She truly thought out of the entire experience and provided home like comfort. She is very responsive and responsible and very delightful to deal with.

The house was perfect for our 6 night stay. Leila was friendly responded to any questions we had promptly. I would happily stay again.

I have no words to describe the place and the hospitality of Abdul and his family. Abdul is such a great host, very accommodating, goes out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 will recommend and will book again if given a chance.

The villa was perfect for what we needed. We were holding a big family reunion and needed the additional bed space in the Ranches. Couldn't fault it and a bonus being so close to the Ranches Souk and Golf club (bars). Thanks so much.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊

It was a brand new house exactly was described

We had a great time and great stay, perfect size for 4 people, lock needed a battery change and he sent batteries in less than 10 mins. Great location, easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

We arrived very late, but the host's agent was already waiting at the apartment—such a relief! The place smelled fresh and clean the moment we stepped in. The view was amazing, and the apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. The host even prepared everything we requested in advance! About a 15 mins walk to the beach, making it a great choice if you're exploring the Palm area. The only minor issue was the bedroom curtains not being fully blackout. Still, highly recommend this spot!

The apartment was perfect. The view, pool and two restaurants in the building were great. At the entrance there is a supermarket, small but has everything you need. The price may have been a bit high, diagonally across the street there is a similar building much cheaper, yet we would book here again

The Airbnb was in a nice location and easy to find and is really as pictured!! The host is responsive and fixes any issues that arises and we were grateful for that! I would recommend it strongly☺️

The place was really nice, they’ve maximized the space in a very smart way and they had everything needed for the stay in the apartment which felt like staying at home.

When communicating, make sure that it is either a better chatbot or better trained employees. We felt that these difficulties were necessary. Waiting over 2 hours to get through the gate. That was very inadequate. But they made an effort afterwards and allowed us to check out an hour later. Everything else was absolutely perfect. So if the topic of communication is framed better again, then everything is perfect. Nevertheless, I'd be happy to come back.

Ahmed is a very good man and helpful owner. From day one everything was amazing. Clean house , constant feedback from Ahmed. We stayed for 10 days with a family of 5. Clean 3 bedrooms upstairs and a living room with a kitchen area. Nice terrace outside with a barbecue area. My kids and wife are happy. Definitely will visit again!

With family arriving to Dubai from different countries, Homevy provided the perfect home for all of us to reconnect and make lasting memories. We all focused on spending our time together without worrying at all about anything else. The place was perfect to check in, stay and use. All the amenities were there and for anything else we had it delivered in under 15 mins. We even requested for a late check out which they accommodated at a small fee. They are extremely responsive and great hosts. Overall, I’d recommend them for a hassle-free stay and would definitely stay there again on our next visit.
