A house thats super spacious and centrally located at just 10mins from Burj Khalifa/Dubai mall. Metro is just 7mins waIk! It has its own parking garage and a nice patio with a BBQ for outdoor fun. Inside, there's a big dining room connected to a well equipped full kitchen and a comfy living room. There are two twin beds in the living room and a queen bed in the bedroom. Need to work? There's a room just for that with the work desk. Also we have 24/7 self check in possible with the lockbox.

Pool&Gym, whole villa

It’s a villa in a villa community, named parkside 2, Emaar South, you can check on google map to make your plans. It’s safe and peaceful . But better with a car. It’s Brand new handed over in May 2024. This option is the entire villa. There’s no metro close by unfortunately. The closest metro is in EXPO city and it’s 15min by car. There’s a bus stop. If going with a car, 40 min to Dubai mall. 10 min for Airport DWC 50 min to Airport DXB 1h to Abu Dhabi

FIRST CLASS Exceptional Penthouse Living in JBR

With the exception of the fact that the traffic made it extremely difficult to get out of JBR and cross the city quickly and the fact there are only two lifts up to the penthouse which means you spend a lot of time waiting for them, the flat was great! The views are amazing and the host was very helpful. All in, it was great, but definitely more ideal for someone wanting to stay in JBR rather than travel to The Palm, Downtown, or anywhere else in Dubai on a frequent basis.

Gregory was very helpful, friendly and always available if we had any questions before and during our stay. The villa was lovely, well equipped and clean. Great location peaceful and quiet near a communal swimming pool. At the same time the location makes it an easy drive to all the key attractions and areas.
