Amazing location with two awesome pools! Perfect if you want to walk around to the lovely nearby cafes and restaurants. Julia was extremely responsive and fixed any issues that arose instantly! The view from the balcony was incredible.

We had a wonderful stay at Kabene’s place. The home was exactly as described—stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy linens. Kabene was a thoughtful and responsive host, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing apartment with everything you need! The kitchen is perfectly equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils. Easy access to the beach and pool, and the area is quiet and secure — no outsiders, with enough staff keeping everything clean and safe. Very happy with my stay and I hope to come back to this apartment next year!

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊

Had great time staying at Ruxana’s place. The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures, it has everything you need, location is excellent as it is central and near to everything, such as transport, shops, etc.- but is still secluded, so isn’t noisy. My stay was very comfortable and would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

We absolutely loved our stay in Dubai, and a big part of that was thanks to Félix! His recommendations were excellent and helped us discover the best activities and places in the city. The house was wonderful and the building itself was great too - everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Dubai. Very nice play to stay at, amazing views of the marina and Atlantis! Easy walk to marina, and JBR. Exactly like the photos and the host was very helpful!

Clean and tidy place.

I chose this airbnb for its location and great reviews and it did not disappoint. Walkable to the Huge Dubai Mall and nearby restaurants. I caught Ubers to the beach and other locations. Patricia met me for check in and even carried my heavy bag. The stay was comfortable and easy. I highly recommend it.

The stay was exactly what I saw while booking. Nothing short of expectation. Very accessible to Dubai mall, it was about 5 mins walk. Friendly host and very accommodating. They provided us with early check in even though we requested for it very last minute. Overall, had a great experience. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to Dubai mall.

It was my first time in Dubai, so I was a bit scared. But It was the best decision to choose this apartment. It is very nice and property,security 24/7, fast check-in, restaurants and cafes around, all activity’s only 10-15 minutes away. I would choose this apartment again.
