Vacation rentals in Muscat

A perfect stay! The accommodation was spotless: very clean, spacious and very well-equipped, everything is thought out for the comfort of guests. The host was exceptional, very available and attentive. A great experience, I recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

Mahir’s home is a place you won’t want to leave. Spotlessly clean, stunning view, huge pool. Very comfortable bed, full kitchen, safe area , everything was perfect. Loved the drive into As Sifah, we stopped at little villages and talked to local Omani people. Treated like friends, not tourists. This is a fabulous place and I’m coming back. Mahir, thank you.

If you want a quiet place to stay this is it. Small fishing village just outside of Muscat. It’s a 15 minute drive into the city, but you can also walk 2 minutes to the beach and swim with turtles. Hiking trails close by and fisherman willing to take you out on their boats for a very reasonable price just down the street. Abdul Rahman is a great host and has lots of tips to make your trip a real experience. The places is as pictured, simple but clean. There is a small store in the village that has the basics and at night time there’s local guy that sets up a barbeque with meat/seafood on a stick that’s amazing and super cheap.

Muscat Bay is a starkly elegant new development in tje middle of the rocky Bandar Jissah. A series of low buildings with flats and houses, bordering a man-made wadi. It is very elegant, with a good pool and a small Spar for everyday shopping. Ideal to relax away from tje hustle and bustle of Muscat and near amazing beaches in matoral coves - some privatised by the Jumeirah or Shangri La resorts, some public. The flat is a spacious first floor one bedroom apartment, with a czy balcony. It was exactly what I needed for a week of total relaxation. There is a also café above the shop and pharmacy. My host was very attentive and the staff on the ground were helpful too. All in all, a lovely peaceful week.

I travelled to Muscat with my wife and two kids and we had a wonderful vacation. The location of this apartment is perfect. Quiet enough that it’s not noisy when you want peace, but surrounded by a myriad of restaurants, cafes and shops when you want something to do within walking distance. Easy access to all of Muscat’s sights. Excellent pool. Close to a lovely beach. We encountered a few issues with the place initially that Hudhaifa was attentive to and sorted out in no time. Would absolutely recommend this lovely apartment, and would happily stay as a guest of Hudhaifa again in future.

The villa was one of the nicest villas in The Wave Muscat. Close to the pool, ample parking. Short Walk to the main area packed with restaurants, shops, and a vibrant nightlife. Naseer personally came to the villa to welcome us and even invited us to his private home with his family to drink coffee. The villa is minutes away from the Muscat airport. A drivable distance from mutrah souk, mall of Oman, etc. The stay was well worth the price and if o could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Bader was a great host, really friendly, quick to communicate and help/deliver anything we needed. The apartment was clean (although a little wear and tear is showing) and had plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and clothes dried quickly on the balcony. There is is a grocery store downstairs which was handy (also makes a good drop-off point for taxis) and parking was free and easy. Thank you again for hosting!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely place! The space was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated—exactly as pictured. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming getaway!

The property is clean, the location is great and has many hypermarkets/mall and restaurants around. The secondary bathroom is small for an above average built person; kitchen could be better equipped and side tables could be a plus for the second room with twin beds. Salim is very responsive and was always available on text. He accommodated our late check out request which is very nice of him to do. Overall I would recommend his place.
