We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

Good location

Great spot within the Golf resort. Easy access to everything. Golf buggy hire is a 7 min walk and will connect you easily to the wider resort. Close to airport and city centre. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!

The host Anu, communicated well and the stay was comfortable and pleasant. There was a grocery just downstairs. The instructions where clear, everything was clean and felt just like at home. I recommend staying here, especially if you want someplace close to Dubai Digital Park, as its around a 7 minute walk.

5 Stars – Outstanding Stay! Staying at Bez’s place in JVC was an absolute pleasure. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Bez was a fantastic host—super responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the setup, from the cozy furniture to the thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend Bez’s place to anyone looking for a quality stay in JVC. I’ll definitely be back!

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

We had a great time staying at Elisa’s place - its 10mins walk from metro. She is very kind and Gemini is a gem too!

Everything was just perfect! The location is really nice, the hosts are even nicer and very responsive/helpful, the place is really clean and amazing!!! Highly recommend this place.

Michael's place is located in a great location with a spectacular view of the Eye at night. the balcony was perfect. Great walking location. There is a Nespresso machine but no bodum or drip coffee maker. Bed and sofa are comfy. The shower flow is underwhelming and it is awkward to fill the tub. Great building amenities.

Host was really responsive and helpful throughout the whole experience, and the whole booking and entering process was extremely smooth. The apartment itself was great too, it felt like home!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

It's a nice apartment with good standing. People are super available whatever you need ... we're talking minutes if something doesn't work (or you don't know how to make it work :). You can park your car on 10th floor and go downstairs to your apartment without going through the main entrance .. and you can go to social district or Dubai mall without going outside ... enjoying the A/C ! Cross the street and you are at the fountains enjoying the show. Plenty of shops restaurants around. Wonderful stay. Small pool with really nice view on the fountains.

Shadi was so helpful and communicative. I stayed at her place with my daughter for one month and it was beautiful! My highlight - being able to watch the sunset from the apartment balcony every evening. 10/10 highly recommend - thank you for hosting us, Shadi! :-)

We had a wonderful stay at George’s property – truly a full-package deal without any headache! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials that families often miss in other places – George has really put care into every detail. The location was fantastic with easy access to the pools and beach, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the flexibility George offered with check-in and check-out times, which was a huge help since we were traveling with kids. Although we didn’t need to reach out during our stay, it was clear that George was always available and responsive, ready to resolve any issues promptly if needed – that peace of mind really added to the experience. In short, this place has everything you need – just pack your bags and come. Highly recommended!

If you want a clean, luxurious stay at a great premium location, Ali’s AirBnb is the place to be. Ali is a very proactive and helpful host. Ended up making a friend for life, while enjoying my stay in Dubai :)

loved staying here! great view, great place, great location, amazing host. can walk to the bjerge Khalifa and Dubai mall very easily. grocery store on ground level under the apartment. many great restaurants within walking distance. 5/5 stars 🌟

we had an amazing time we were a group of girls celebrating my friends birthday and we couldn’t have had a better time in that airbnb it was so clean and very well decorated.

The apartment was great. Very stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. You can walk to the marina beach in a few minutes. We were allowed to use the parking space in the garage for free. Thank you Luc, we will definitely be back
