Condo vacation rentals in Bur Dubai

I leave a lot of questions and asked them for hours of the day. Sheriff answers the time within 10 minutes . He took care of the day before the day of arrival we could already put our luggage in at the cleaning lady and could already explore without skied. The app looks the same in real life as it does in the pictures . It is a 10-minute walk from Burj Khalifa . The app is located in a modern tower where you can find the peace after a busy day . The Uber will stop there within the minute to take you to all the places of Dubai. Downstairs there is a supermarket so you can easily get groceries. When we go back , we will definitely choose this app and for this host.

The apartment was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, but the real highlight was the beautiful balcony — with breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall that made every morning and evening feel magical. The location couldn’t be more perfect, but what truly made this stay special was the host. So warm, welcoming, and helpful — they went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Communication was seamless, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. It was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

One of the best apartments that I visited in downtown. So many small details that’s host take care of, good hair dryer in both bathrooms dry shampoo and a lot of other small things in kitchen. That’s showing you that they rly take care of guest, I will definitely comeback if I would be needed apartments in downtown

The place was great and Ali was very responsive, excellent location near the canal and Dubai mall. The Apartment is a building with great facilities.

Accommodation as advertised, good location with parking space very nice view of the marina, convenience store downstairs from the building and snack bar, the little plus of the accommodation is the private boat ride.

We had a great time staying at Elisa’s place - its 10mins walk from metro. She is very kind and Gemini is a gem too!

Overall the stay was great from detailed instructions to clean room to hospitality.

I have stayed at this apartment a few times and always have a great stay, the host responds quickly and is always there to help. Would definitely stay again

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, spotless,comfortable, and in a great location. The host was communicative and made check-in super easy. We especially loved the extra touches like balcony view ,baby essentials which is very difficult to find .Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city

It was everything we expected. It was comfortable, well located, and the common amenities were great. Furat was extremely prompt at all points to help with anything at all and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fernando was a great host. He provided a crib for my 6 month old even though it was not listed as part of his home initially. the unit is one of the nicest and cleanest units I have seen in dubai. the view is outstanding and the building amenities excellent. Me and my wife had a great stay at Sadikas place. place was clean and she was very responsive. highly recommended host

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! It truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and incredibly spacious, with cozy seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony offering breathtaking views of Ain Dubai. We especially enjoyed cooking and dining while taking in that stunning view. The location was perfect; just a short walk to the beach, Marina, and all nearby attractions. Our Host was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We’d come back in a heartbeat, this place is a gem!
