"Wow! What an incredible stay my family and I had at Mr. Huraiz's condo on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi! From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by the spaciousness, cleanliness, and all the fantastic amenities. This place is an absolute gem for family vacations! Reem Island is the best of both worlds—peaceful and serene while being just a hop, skip, and a jump from all the exciting attractions in Abu Dhabi. Our daily strolls along the stunning waterfront were a highlight, and having easy access to supermarkets and cafes? A dream come true! As for Mr. Huraiz, he is the host with the most! Always there with a friendly reply, he made everything smooth sailing from check-in to check-out. His hospitality truly set the bar high! If you're hunting for the perfect place for a family adventure in Abu Dhabi, Mr. Huraiz's condo is a winner, and we can't wait for a chance to return!

The place was good and big. And the views are beautiful. It is exactly what is in the description pictures and walking distance in beach and accessible grocer,coffee restaurant all need that place is all there. Definitely will come back again soon! Thankyou so much!☺️

I got what I really expected, communication was great and meeting my requirements was precise. It was such a smooth stay.

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Cosmica DXB! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, but the real highlight was the beautiful balcony — with breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall that made every morning and evening feel magical. The location couldn’t be more perfect, but what truly made this stay special was the host. So warm, welcoming, and helpful — they went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Communication was seamless, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. It was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!

The stay was exactly what I saw while booking. Nothing short of expectation. Very accessible to Dubai mall, it was about 5 mins walk. Friendly host and very accommodating. They provided us with early check in even though we requested for it very last minute. Overall, had a great experience. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to Dubai mall.

Petr went above and beyond to be helpful as we were kind of in limbo waiting to fly out and continued our stay several days beyond our original booking and each day Petr kept the calendar open for us to extend from day to day. He was a pleasure to deal with and o would highly recommend him as a host.

Accommodation as advertised, good location with parking space very nice view of the marina, convenience store downstairs from the building and snack bar, the little plus of the accommodation is the private boat ride.

We had a great time staying at Elisa’s place - its 10mins walk from metro. She is very kind and Gemini is a gem too!

Overall the stay was great from detailed instructions to clean room to hospitality.

Stayed here for a week, and felt right at home! It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Very walkable area, including right to the beach! The staff on duty were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well!

We stayed at this lovely apartment as a family of 3 for 3 weeks and will be booking it again when we return!!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

One of the best apartments that I visited in downtown. So many small details that’s host take care of, good hair dryer in both bathrooms dry shampoo and a lot of other small things in kitchen. That’s showing you that they rly take care of guest, I will definitely comeback if I would be needed apartments in downtown

Fernando was a great host. He provided a crib for my 6 month old even though it was not listed as part of his home initially. the unit is one of the nicest and cleanest units I have seen in dubai. the view is outstanding and the building amenities excellent. I would, definitely stay again. thank you Fernando

At first, the host is very kind and a wonderful person and offers what he can for the comfort of the guest Login is easy, the location is accurate, and there is parking for the car The apartment is beautiful and very clean and as in the pictures and everything is new and wonderful and the view is beautiful on the pool The location is excellent, quiet and close to everything, whether Khalifa Tower, tourist places, the airport, Old Dubai and the markets

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!

The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I’ll be coming back for sure on my next trip to Dubai. Highly recommended!
