Vacation rentals with a sauna in Bur Dubai

It was a great stay , The apartment so nice and has a lot of beautiful decorations and details as well as the view is fabulous better than hotels . There’s no parking area around the building but once you check in you have a parking spot for your car inside . Everything was comfortable in the apartment and has a big smart screen . Clean and has all the things u need as well some snacks It was a cute great stay i would be back ♥️

Great place to stay at, amazing views from the balcony! Kitchen has all the necessary equipment needed if you decide to cook. The store downstairs delivers for free, which is super convenient. Would stay here again if in Dubai!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was very convenient and made it super easy to get around, which was a big plus for us. We were traveling with a toddler, and the place had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. There was a toddler bed, which was a huge help, and the host also provided a washing machine along with washing powder—such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the pots and pans we needed to prepare meals for our little one. Another highlight was the spacious balcony—it was lovely to relax out there, especially in the evenings. Overall, the place was clean, well-stocked, and very family-friendly. We’d definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay again!

The host was very responsive replying back within 5-10mins. 24 hours before check-in the host messaged with simple instructions how to enter the Apartment. It was so much easy having no access card as you can always lose them. Staff at Paramount on Arrival were amazing and welcoming, the Porter took the luggage out from the Taxi to the Apartment room on the trolley. I asked the host if we can access the Apartment to leave our bags there as we was super early and replied back right away saying thats fine no issues. check-in was 4pm but we were allowed to check-in earlier. Instructions to access the Apartment was simple and we left our luggage there. The Apartment was amazing even the pictures dont do justice. Clean, very newly decorated with a great taste. spacious rooms, great comfy sofas, quality bedding, loads of utensils, irons, hairdryers, even toothbrush/shaving kits. The views over Burj Khalifa was insane on 46th floor with breathtaking views. absolutely immense. A Must Book.

Felix is an amazing host and his property is one of the best in Dubai marina. Very well maintained apartment with amazing Panoramic views of the marina with excellent facilities like pool etc made our stay into a memorable one.

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. No flaws, even if you try to find it. irina, very responsive & a good human being to deal with... my best wishes to her for her better future

Loved everything about it! Prime location, the best people I could have asked for, good coworking, nice community area, intense FIFA matches on the PS5, nice beds. Will come back and can 100% recommend!

Perfect place away from home.

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.
