Very pleasant experience. I am frequent traveler to Dubai and always enjoy staying in this area. It is 50 meters away from the aisle to Dubai Mall/Metro, and surrounded by many restaurants and a supermarket. The host is kind and responsive, and the room is very quiet and clean. A very good place combined with privacy and convenience.

We booked this place based on the reviews and it is worth the stay. The apartment is exactly infront of dubai mall and has a clear view of Burj Khalifa and other tall towers from all its rooms. The place was clean and ready when we entered. The host Busola was always ready to help for any enquiries or things over chat. Entry was smooth and everything was explained in detail over chat which made it easier to access the place. It has all the amenities like washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, hair dryer, iron table, bath tub, balcony swing, TV, microwave and what not. Everything was working as expected and we stayed for 4 days without any hassle or issues. It's a place where you should definetly stay once.

This apartment was perfect and exactly as described by Ahmad. It felt home. We stayed for 8 nights and apartment has everything you need. Nearest metro is business bay and it’s arround 2.5 KM. You can see Bay Area as well as Burj Khalifa from balcony. Ahmad is very good host and always responsive.

This apartment is certainly worth a 5 star rating! Check in, location, the apartment itself and the host were perfect. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom. The apartment is fitted with all your basic needs. The gym and swimming pool very clean and well equipped. Centrally located in Dubai where you can ride the Metro, catch a taxi or drive with ease anywhere in Dubai. Highly recommend this apartment. Perfect for a couple. You can compare other apartments but this is as advertised. Thank you Athik!

We had an amazing time at Andrea's luxurious condo. Beautiful view of dubai downtown . The building felt like a resort with 3 restaurants and a grocery store in the building with free 24hr valet parking. We recommend to book with Andrea if you want to have a worry free stay!!

Had the most wonderful experience regarding the stay. The hosts Duhome and adam were very responsive and went out of their way to help us. We asked for early check in and thanks to the hosts we were provided with it. I would 10/10 recommend to book this place for anyone who is interested in staying very close to downtown dubai / business bay areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiant for our work trip, and it met all our expectations. First and foremost, it was exceptionally clean, which I believe is the most important factor for feeling comfortable. The apartment had a lovely balcony and received plenty of sunshine, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there was no noise or disturbances from the building, which made for a peaceful stay. During our time there, we did experience some WiFi issues on the first night, but our host was quick to address and resolve the problem in a friendly and efficient manner. There were two minor things missing that would have made the stay even better. First, wine glasses or cups—there were only regular glasses available. Second, a soap holder or a washing liquid dispenser would have been helpful, as we had to place the soap directly on the sink. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.
