There is a reason this place hosted with Gintare is a super-host. It was a very smooth experience from first minute checked in till last minute checking out. The place has unique view of open sea, private quiet beach and pool and good gym facilities. Everything we needed for a relaxed time spent was there. Would definitely go there again.

location, location location! top place on west palm beach with top restaurants and beach clubs. rooftop pool is nice but busy and a bit messy. this is not a problem due to all the possibilities within walking distance! it is recommended.

Excellent view of the borj from the balcony, close to mall, restaurants and small grocery store. Close to highway ramp. Good underground d parking, nice pool, well equip gym

Regina is indeed a super host! The place was awesome but Regina made it even more so by her proactive communication, flexibility and more. Stayed for almost 4 months in the same apartment and did not have one issue. Will be back for another 4 months next year!!

We had a fantastic stay! The flat was clean, modern, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the Dubai mall, which made it super easy to grab food, do some shopping, and explore the area. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and getting around was a breeze. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Maria’s cozy home was exactly what we were looking for. The space was nice and felt lived in—in the warmest way possible. All the furnishings were new and updated but the warm feel and energy of the space made us feel right at home. The shaded garden with cute little kitties stopping by was sweet and entertained our pups. Walking to the gym in the mornings, just a few minutes from the villa was actually the main attraction for us. It was a nice stroll away and a great way to start the day. Anytime we needed anything, Maria responded positively and promptly. Was a great experience and we were happy to be the first guests here. Our next Airbnb has big shoes to fill!

I leave a lot of questions and asked them for hours of the day. Sheriff answers the time within 10 minutes . He took care of the day before the day of arrival we could already put our luggage in at the cleaning lady and could already explore without skied. The app looks the same in real life as it does in the pictures . It is a 10-minute walk from Burj Khalifa . The app is located in a modern tower where you can find the peace after a busy day . The Uber will stop there within the minute to take you to all the places of Dubai. Downstairs there is a supermarket so you can easily get groceries. When we go back , we will definitely choose this app and for this host.

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

It is really nice place, walkable to Dubai mall ,Burj Khalifa.. unfortunately fountain was under renovation (another 5 months will remain closed ) would be perfect to see fountain movements next to our Burj Khalifa view from balcony and room. Host was so helpful we had quite nice time there. Recommended.

Communication was seamless, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

Loved everything about it! Prime location, the best people I could have asked for, good coworking, nice community area, intense FIFA matches on the PS5, nice beds. Will come back and can 100% recommend!

I had an amazing stay at George’s place during my first trip to Dubai. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very convenient, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was also really well priced for the quality and comfort offered. George was an excellent host his communication was prompt, clear, and made everything so easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai!
