Great stay at this 1-bedroom in Downtown! Super close to the Dubai mall, and getting around Dubai was really easy. The apartment was clean and comfy, and Vansh and Ashutosh were amazing hosts—very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

An apartment with an excellent location suitable for any type of trip, whether family or business. The city's most famous shopping center and children's parks are just a short walk away, as well as countless food options and any store you might need, such as markets and pharmacies. The service from the Smart Stay team was prompt and attentive, and the host was very friendly.

Exceptional Stay at La Sirene – Port de La Mer, Dubai We had an absolutely wonderful 2.5-week stay at this beautiful one-bedroom apartment in La Sirene, located within the stunning Port de La Mer community in Jumeirah 1, Dubai. The apartment was brand new, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation with my family. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding support team. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. They even helped us arrange an early check-in and a late check-out at no additional cost, which made a huge difference for our travel schedule. The location was perfect, it's a walking distance to Dubai Mall and the restaurants. The views from the balcony and each room were unreal. The host went out of his way to make it a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back. The pictures dont do this apartment justice.

It was a great stay. The house was very nice and practically furnished, it had everything you needed. Damac Hills 2 is a great facility, but you need a car. DXBStays was very professional and always easily accessible. We were immediately helped with an issue. Thank you.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Alice is a very kind and thoughtful host and she makes you feel you are right at home. She was welcoming and very warm. The villa is cozy and clean. The bed is comfortable. I hope to be back in the future.

Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

This place was beautiful but I think it's new to Airbnb. The stove didn't work, the TV were not set up athey didn't have shower curtains or floor towels. One of the bathroom was not clean. Everywhere else was new and clean. It took 3 days to come rectify the issues and it was a 5 day stay. The code on the door was accessible to the door man. He used 1234567 and had access. They never changed it my whole stay and said Dubai is safe so I shouldn't worry. Well I worried. On the positive the building is beautiful, the apartment is beautifully furnished and great views. There is a restaurant on the 14th floor! Awesome food for a discount, their breakfast was really nice. There is a 24/7 grocery at the entrance... Super convenient. If they rectify the few problems... It's an awesome place.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊

We stayed for a week with my family at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, over the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information to detail and always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!
