Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bologna

Wir haben hier zu dritt ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Absolut perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, 2 Minuten von der Piazza Maggiore entfernt. Wir haben sehr gute Empfehlungen bekommen, besonders das Eis bei der Cremeria Santo Stefano hat uns besonders gut geschmeckt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir empfangen, haben sogar eine Flasche Wasser geschenkt bekommen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, da alles sauber und gepflegt war. Es hatte sogar einen kleinen Vorrat an Kaffee. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Franca e Marion welcomed us warmly and showes us on map all the points of interest and restaurant recomendations. The flat was clean, only the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, other than that you will find everything what you need for your stay in the flat. The area is very calm, despite being right next to the station. The parking space was also very practical. Thank you very much!

Fabulous location, right in the centre of the old town. Everything on walking distance but still with a drop off by taxi at the door. Lovely, bright, modern apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Soraya’s apartment. It was in a fantastic location in Bologna, within a gorgeous old building on a street lined with beautiful porticoes. The apartment itself was modern and felt spacious even with a toddler. We had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and laundry facilities were great. We really felt at home as soon as we arrived. Soraya had good recommendations for restaurants and cafes and was extremely helpful. Nothing to fault. We would love to visit again!

l'alloggio di Paolo è stato magnifico, rispettava la descrizione, inoltre l'host è stato molto disponibile, siamo giunti alla struttura con un grande furgone e abbiamo usufruito del suo parcheggio privato, aria molto tranquilla ci torneremo sicuramente.

Die Wohnung ist in einem außergewöhnlich guten Zustand, total neu, modern und sauber! Wir haben es geliebt! Die Lage war super, mit den E-Bikes die man pro Fahrt überall mieten kann ist man in 10 Minuten ca in der City, man kann auch einen Spaziergang machen (ca 30 Minuten), zum Bahnhof ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation war auch total gut und einfach, Kirsten, die uns empfangen und verabschiedet hat war total nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und würden die Wohnung jedem empfehlen, der Bologna besuchen möchte, wir kommen wieder wenn wir noch mal nach Bologna reisen. Wirklich eins der besten Airbnbs in denen wir bisher waren.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.

Easy check in, easy check out was very comfortable, the house was clean, the space of the house was large enough, there was all kinds of equipment to meet your needs, and the location was great. Right in the center of Bologna. I have one or two small suggestions; you could put mosquito nets on the windows. The buildings are old, in case of insects or flies. Also, more toilet paper can be left, I ran out of toilet paper before the last day and I couldn't find it anywhere else in the house. In general, I recommend it, the landlord was easy to communicate and we could reach whenever we needed it.

Fantastisk vistelse !!! Vi var 3 personer som bodde här i 5 nätter. Ligger bara 30 min utanför Bologna uppe i bergen med en makalös utsikt. Vi fick varsitt sovrum som alla var svala trots värmen ute. Lyxigt med 2 badrum med både dusch och toa när man är flera. Finns allt man behöver och till och med en tvättmaskin om man är där länge och behöver tvätta. Varje morgon stod det nybakade godsaker utanför dörren till oss som herren som har huset hade ordnat. Otroligt lugnt och fridfullt och det ända man hör under hela dagen är de olika fåglarnas kvittrande. Hit åker vi gärna igen❤️

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

This was the perfect spot for our needs. We were traveling here for a wedding and this place had everything we needed. We had a washer and dryer and iron. Lots of space to spread out our things. Wardrobes to hang our clothes and lots of seating books to give us space. The host was so communicative. He gave us step by step directions with photos to easily find the place after arriving at the train station. It was an easy quick walk with our luggage. Once we walked up to the main door to the area he quickly let us in and it was a very welcoming entry way giving the house a very cute appeal. We all loved our stay here.

é la seconda volta che alloggiano da Federica ed é sempre stato tutto comodo, pulito e senza grossi problemi. Federica ê sempre disponibile e pronta a date consigli anche sui dintorni. Siamo stati da lei per poter lavorare in fiera, la distanza é di circa 15 minuti di macchina e comoda da raggiungere.Sei distante dalla confusione in mezzo alla natura e dopo giornate faticose é un piacere rientrare.

Wij waren met 1 doel in Bologna: De beste restaurants ontdekken. Daarvoor was het appartement perfect gelegen. Da Me, Diana en I Carracci allemaal op wandelafstand. Enoteca Italiana vlakbij.

Svegliarsi al mattino nel completo relax,lontano dal caos quotidiano,immersi nella natura é stata un’esperienza indescrivibile!L’alloggio è confortevole e dotato di tutti i comfort ! Antonella e suo marito sono delle persone eccezionali,cordiali,premurose e con un gran senso di ospitalità! Antonella ci ha deliziato ogni mattina con la sua colazione,tutta home made! Che dire…consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

This is a great location if you are in town for an event at the Bologna Congress Centre - less than 10 minutes walk. There is easy access to multiple bus routes nearby, but it is also an easy walk into the old part of town. The apartment had lots of space, was clean, bright, comfortable. The host met me there and showed me the layout; they left fresh fruit, snacks, and beverages (coffee, tea, bottled water, wine) for our use. There is a Lidl grocery store around the corner. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful. I would stay here again.

Appartamento molto bello. Siamo stati benissimo perchè la casa è comoda, spaziosa e luminosa. C'è anche molto spazio nei vari mobili soprattutto nella camera da letto. Frigo abbastanza capiente e pulito. Ottimo il collegamento a Internet. Ottima la posizione con il supermercato e farmacia sotto casa e comunque non lontana dal centro e dalla stazione. Zona servita da tanti mezzi pubblici. Il condominio è grande ma silenzioso ed è fornito di 2 ascensori. L'unico consiglio è quello di dotare l'appartamento di un aspirapolvere per facilitare le pulizie perchè con la sola scopa o il panno per spolverare non si riesce a pulire bene soprattutto nei posti più difficili. Lenzuola, asciugamani e coperte pulite e abbondanti. Ottima lavatrice

Diese Wohnung erfüllt alle Ansprüche. Ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Marco und Chiara haben zu Beginn, als ich noch ein oder zwei Fragen hatte, sofort geantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps ipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist hell, hat Morgen- und Abendsonne und ist gut gelegen - 7-8‘ von der Porta Maggiore und damit der sehr schönen Strada Maggiore mit vielen Geschäften, Bars und Einkausmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist auch ruhig, die Nachbarn sehr freundlich, wenn man sich sieht. Auch die Strasse, in welcher die Wohnung liegt, ist sehr schön und hat Zonenparkplätze, die sich über eine app bezahlen lassen. Fazit: Gastgeber topp, Wohnung super (ich werde zurückkommen) und die Stadt grosse Klasse! Es war alles perfekt.

Beatrice and Christian’s home is spacious and comfortable. Many Airbnbs can be stark with limited decor items. This unit was filled with books, wall hangings and lots of other items that made it feel more like a home. We were granted access to the unit to store our luggage upon arrival via train - which is an incredibly close walk from the station. Beatrice and Christian provided clear instructions, high speed WiFi and a great list of recommended activities and eateries. We would definitely return in a heartbeat.
