Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Bologna

We spent the Easter weekend at Villa Pallegoria and were thrilled. The house is on a hill in Monte San Pietro, surrounded by nature with spectacular views. The last stretch of road is unpaved, but easy to travel and worth it for the tranquility that is found. The villa is small but well organized: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all renovated and tastefully furnished. The real highlight is the patio covered with curtains that shelter you from the sun and wind, perfect for outdoor breakfast or lunch. The garden is large and quiet, not completely fenced, we were with the dog and there were no problems. The area is ideal for nature walks. Monte San Pietro is nearby if you want to visit the village. Daniela, the host, is super kind and helpful, responding immediately to every request and bringing us what was missing for the barbecue. A perfect place to unplug and enjoy nature!

The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes from the main station, and the city center is about 15 minutes on foot. Very pleasant space, clean, well-equipped, quiet neighborhood at night. Great host. Warm recommendation.

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Ilaria’s place was comfortable and clean, Ilaria was very nice and accommodated all our needs. Highly recommended!

Great apartment for spending a few nights in Bologna. It is only a short walk to the center and the main sights. Comfortable bed as well.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

SPARisio was our base for our exploring holiday and it was perfect. It's secluded, but easy to find. Sasso Marconi is 15 mins away with many restaurants, shops, and a larger supermarket if the Coop in Vado is closed. Silvana and Alberto were very friendly and accommodating hosts, with plenty of recommendations. They live in the house in between the 2 Airbnb’s, so are always around if needed. The property itself is beautiful; amazing views and well equipped with everything you could need, from the pool and sports equipment to the cooking utensils and sunbed towels. There is a washing machine, but this is shared with the other Airbnb on the estate, and the hosts, which is worth bearing in mind. The pool area is lovely with loads of inflatables and volley balls, sunbeds, sofas and shade. There is no dishwasher, and I couldn’t find washing-up gloves in the supermarkets, so come prepared if you have gel nails! Overall, this is a great property, in a stunning location. Highly recommend.

After having stayed at AirBnB properties all over the world (from Mexico to Malaysia) my wife and I agreed that this was one of the best. The property was in a wonderful part of rural Italy, within easy access to major centers such as Bulogna and Florence as well as many smaller and very attractive market towns. The place itself was very clean and well equipped with a well stocked welcome package of necessities ( milk, eggs, butter, bread, as well as wine, coffee and tea.) There is a local supermarket and several restaurants within easy reach which Guido and Claudia were able to recommend . We spent a wonderful 8 days there and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Bill and Fiona

I've been to Luca's six times, now it's a safety in my stays in Bologna. Very clean, well equipped house with convenient parking with garage inside the building. Very quiet and with a nice outdoor terrace for summer dinners. Highly recommended for business trips or pleasure. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability

I had wonderful stay during my visit at Bologna. Lisa and Max are super helpful. I felt so touch when they offer their car since lot's of rain during our visit at Bologna. they are definetly super host. the apartment are much more beautiful than the pictures itself. the apartment is wonderfully cleaned, everything you need is there. The apartment perfectly matches the photos. In the heart of the historic center, close to the bar/restaurant district. Parking in the large streets nearby possible and cheap. Comfortable hosting Small but functional kitchen with the bare essentials A fairly large bathroom, with improvements to come announced by the owner. The bedroom area is also comfortable with a large TV. Antonella is very nice and was able to meet our needs perfectly. I highly recommend it for a short trip, professional or personal.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

We had a fantastic stay, and Andrea was incredibly welcoming and always responsive. The apartment was well-equipped with all the amenities and thoughtfully stocked with safety features that made us feel right at home.

Tamara’s place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It was very clean and even smelled really nice, but not overpowering. The apartment is very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. The location was ideal. A couple of minutes to the bus stop to get into the historic district. Tamara was lovely and easy to communicate with. Free parking was a major plus. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped; she even had nice touches if you forgot shaving cream etc. There were a few doors to get into the building but Tamara walked us through and it was not an issue.
