Antonio was a magnificent host and the house is really nice and quiet!

We booked several days of summer sightseeing. I highly recommend it to everyone, the neighborhood is nice, it has a rustic atmosphere, nice and calm house and garden. The surrounding cities are easily accessible from here. The host couple is very nice and responsive, hospitable, thank you for the delicious coffee!

Great house with amazing views, close to imola if you are visiting for an event at the race circuit. Marco was a great host and was always quick to respond.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. What a beautiful villa. Looks exactly like the photos and even better. A quiet place outside of Bologna and easy to get into the Old Town. The best of both worlds. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. But the piece de resistance is the outdoor room and patio. Pamela is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

I visited Italy for the first time on a family trip. You left such a good memory for our family. Although the accommodation was a little remote, The host was so friendly. I really appreciated the active communication and quick response. They immediately gave us feedback on what we needed. The most important thing in the accommodation is the cleanliness, and I really want to give this accommodation a 100 points. The bathroom and bedroom were very tidy and clean. If I come to Italy, I want to come again. Thank you so much, host. I hope your family always has good things!!

A unique and special experience awaits you if you book to stay with Roberta and Georgio! Not only is the apartment spotless, charming and neat as a pin, but the are so many extras too. The local recommendations are excellent, and your hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide you with everything you need (and more). Having a kitchen full of breakfast foods already stocked, made our stay with children so much easier. If you are looking for a holiday that is luxurious, culturally enriching and peaceful, then look no further. You will need a car to get here, but it's totally worth the trip. Couldn't have asked for more, and have never stayed anywhere better. Highly recommended.

Ylena knows how to make you feel at ease right away, I'm sorry I was just passing through for work and didn't fully enjoy the beautiful garden and the company of people with whom to share interesting conversations. You can breathe a welcoming, kind and creative atmosphere together; the house and garden are cared for with dedication and good taste. What can I say... I hope to go back!

We had a great time with Giovanni who immediately made us feel at home. The farmhouse is well-kept in every detail with a wonderful view of the Bolognese hills. Thank you for these relaxing days! We'll be back.

Absolutely fantastic host, very friendly and professional. Baricella was stunning, very peaceful and most importantly we felt extremely safe. I cannot recommend Ylena and her beautiful home highly enough. Her home felt like a home away from home, beautifully decorated, with all creature comforts that one would expect from a five star Airbnb stay. I will be back again for sure. Thx Ylena.

As beautiful as the description was, the reality was even better. Sandra’s guide to local activities and restaurants was one of the best I’ve seen. The place was spacious, the surrounding grounds beautiful, and the pool a welcome treat this summer.
