Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Bologna

Had a lovely stay. The Airbnb had all the amenities I needed, the bed was very comfortable and everything was impeccably clean. It is well located and not too far to walk from the city and very close to the train station. Alberto is an amazing host, super responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again. Thank you Alberto!

Mila and Alexander. Israel. The apartment is in a very convenient location , a 10-minute walk from the railway station and the bus station . A 15-minute walk from the historic center. A 10-minute taxi ride from the airport for 18 euros.

Nice place, 15 min walk from city center and 20 min walk from the train station. It was just as described, clean, and had pretty much everything needed. Just missing a shower mat. A little complicated to do the self check in, but if you follow the directions in the video, you’re fine.

I booked it for colleagues who found it magnificent. Super recommended!

We spent a night with our two little boys at Enrico's and his wife's place, the time of a stop on our long drive for a holiday further south of Italy. Real time suspended, quiet and in a place of beautiful artistic soul. We immediately felt good there, our hosts were of rare kindness, generosity and kindness. We got to know other equally friendly travelers. This house has a beautiful soul and we will stop there when we return with great pleasure.

We had a very good time with Alberto, he personally welcomed us and showed us the entire apartment as a real landlord. The house upon our arrival was perfectly tidy and clean, in short, ready to welcome us. Alberto was very helpful and kind from the first moment, so as to extend the checkout a few hours longer. We stayed at Ambra's house for 5 weeks for renovations at our house. We had a very good time, the house is spacious, with everything you need to cook, wash and sleep. We were pleasantly surprised that the environment was always warm, the thermostat was set to a pleasant temperature. One evening there was a small problem updating the thermostat firmware, but Ambra was immediately available and together we solved the problem. We have a dog who was very happy since the area is quiet, with lots of greenery and a bike path where we took long walks. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

Everything was fabulous! 10/10 without hesitation. Angelo is super responsive and thoughtful. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable, with a beautiful private bathroom and all the amenities to feel at home (small fridge, kettle, hair dryer, TV...). The amenities are great, and it's very quiet! The little extra: the water fountain in the corridor, ideal for filling your bottle and going for a walk for the day. The location is perfect: within 15 minutes walking distance from the train station, and 15 minutes walking to the city center in the other direction! Airbnb to recommend, the best I've had so far! Go there without a second thought, everything is perfect!! Thanks again Angelo!

Emmanuele is a very welcoming, available and discreet host. The house is spacious and the garden is beautiful and large. Proximity to Bologna (15') and the highway (without the inconveniences). We had a very nice stay and will keep a very good memory.

Claudia and her husband were exemplary hosts, I never felt as good as in this stay! Claudia was always kind, helpful and full of care, she never made me miss anything, on the contrary! The apartment was clean, equipped with all the comforts described and furnished with everything I needed for a long stay. Sheets and towels were always impeccable and I were changed every week. Claudia took care of the cleaning and disposing of the garbage for the duration of her stay. She was also always available for any requests and was very flexible with checkout. Thank you very much for your hospitality, I will definitely be back if I need to stay in the area!

The apartment was big, it looked clean, noise from trains was minimal. Well placed and peaceful.

Lovely apartment. Light and spacious and well located for the city centre. Gabriele gave us great recommendations for places to visit and suggested bars and restaurants which were authentic and not expensive. I would stay again if I come back to Bologna.

The room at the lower level part which is part of the house was sufficient for a 1-night stay. The location is on the hilly side which is a bit of a walk up and down to the nearest bus stop. Taxi is advisable from the train station or bus stop and Francesca was kind enough to book a taxi for me coz it is hard to book in advance and if you don't speak Italian well. I have tried the app and contacted via the app but it was to no avail. Bologna is vibrant with many tourist attractions. Thank you Francesca for your hospitality

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!
