Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bologna

Franca e Marion welcomed us warmly and showes us on map all the points of interest and restaurant recomendations. The flat was clean, only the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, other than that you will find everything what you need for your stay in the flat. The area is very calm, despite being right next to the station. The parking space was also very practical. Thank you very much!

Fabulous location, right in the centre of the old town. Everything on walking distance but still with a drop off by taxi at the door. Lovely, bright, modern apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

A really nice and well-maintained apartment. The location is great: very central and at the same time very quiet, as the apartment is located in a backyard. Everything is within walking distance. Both shopping and restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Soraya was very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would choose the apartment again at any time.

This stylish well outfitted apartment was a hidden gem. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, it had all you could want for a great stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean with thoughtful inclusions such as pantry items, and hair and body products for use during our stay. It was in walking distance to many of Bologna’s eateries and attractions. Francesca was an excellent host, she was very responsive and provided us with an extensive list of local recommendations which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend! Thanks Francesca.

We felt at home right away! With me and my aunt, there was also my one-and-a-half-year-old child, and the spaces were safe and clean, welcoming. Everything was perfect, the living room, the various rooms, the location, everything! I will definitely ask for availability in case we go to Bologna again. The host was kind and friendly, we communicated easily and she was always there when I needed help. The apartment had everything you needed, it was like being at home. There were also verandas, we could lie down on one side and relax in the chairs of the other veranda. Convenient access with the stroller both in the ramp and with the elevator. Easy check in, easy check out was very comfortable, the house was clean, the space of the house was large enough, there was all kinds of equipment to meet your needs, and the location was great. Right in the center of Bologna. I have one or two small suggestions; you could put mosquito nets on the windows. The buildings are old, in case of insects or flies. Also, more toilet paper can be left, I ran out of toilet paper before the last day and I couldn't find it anywhere else in the house. In general, I recommend it, the landlord was easy to communicate and we could reach whenever we needed it.

Fantastic stay!!! We were 3 people staying here for 5 nights. Located just 30 minutes outside Bologna up in the mountains with a stunning view. We each got a bedroom, all of which were cool despite the heat outside. Luxurious with 2 bathrooms with both shower and toilet when there are several people. There is everything you need and even a washing machine if you are there for a long time and need to do laundry. Every morning, there were freshly baked goodies outside the door for us, which the gentleman who owns the house had arranged. Incredibly quiet and peaceful and the only thing you hear throughout the day is the chirping of the different birds. We'd love to come back here❤️

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

An adorable host, very responsive. The apartment is very quiet, brand new and very pleasant with its balconies.

This is the second time they have stayed at Federica's and everything has always been comfortable, clean and without major problems. Federica is always available and ready to give advice even on the surroundings. We stayed with her to be able to work at the fair, the distance is about 15 minutes by car and convenient to reach. You are away from the hustle and bustle in the middle of nature and after tiring days it is a pleasure to return.

Waking up in the morning in complete relaxation, away from the daily chaos, immersed in nature was an indescribable experience!The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all comforts! Antonella and her husband are exceptional, friendly, caring people with a great sense of hospitality! Antonella delighted us every morning with her breakfast, all homemade! What can I say... I highly recommend this accommodation!

Very friendly host with flexible check out when possible. Filippo even provided a few cold drinks in the refrigerator as well as snacks in the kitchen, which were greatly appreciated after a long and hot journey to arrive!

Very nice apartment. We had a great time because the house is comfortable, spacious and bright. There is also plenty of space in the various furniture, especially in the bedroom. Quite spacious and clean fridge. Great internet connection. Great location with the supermarket and pharmacy below the house and in any case not far from the center and the station. Area served by many public transport. The building is large but quiet and has 2 elevators. The only advice is to equip the apartment with a vacuum cleaner to facilitate cleaning because with the sole broom or the dusting cloth you can't clean well especially in the most difficult places. Clean and plentiful sheets, towels, and blankets. Great washing machine

Mario, Susanna, and Emanuele were fabulous hosts! They were responsive and helpful. They kindly met us outside of the building and showed us around the property. Knowing we had young children they so thoughtfully left us ice cream treats in the freezer! There was also a lovely assortment of items in the fridge and a nice fruit tray on the table, which we really appreciated after a day of travel. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had a nice screened in balcony which we used to quickly dry our laundry. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the main road with grocery stores within walking distance. Our kids also enjoyed the playground and grassy area to play soccer (Emanuele even offered to bring us one of his soccer balls if we needed). It’s only a 25 minute walk from the historic center of Bologna and 20 minutes walk from the train station. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Beatrice and Christian’s home is spacious and comfortable. Many Airbnbs can be stark with limited decor items. This unit was filled with books, wall hangings and lots of other items that made it feel more like a home. We were granted access to the unit to store our luggage upon arrival via train - which is an incredibly close walk from the station. Beatrice and Christian provided clear instructions, high speed WiFi and a great list of recommended activities and eateries. We would definitely return in a heartbeat.
