Vacation rentals with a sauna in Berchtesgadener Land

Really nice and spacious apartment with garden access. Super equipped and very cozy. Fireplace, sauna and children's bedroom with toys. We felt very comfortable.

The place was clean, cozy, and above all in a beautiful place. Absolutely sufficient kitchen amenities. What was absolutely TOP such a comfortable mattress. The host who greeted us with a smile was very nice and was in contact with us even during the stay. 10/10 I recommend :)

It was a very nice room with many services included. the location is great for those who want to hike or use via ferrata.

Was a great choice to visit the Königssee Lake, Shirley is really reactive and even translated her message in our native language to make it easier for us. I’d come back with no hesitation

We felt very comfortable with our dog from the first moment and after a short time the evenings in the Alpenglühn after the adventures of the day felt like home. Nicole and Klaus were fantastic hosts, very attentive, always just a message away, which made communication, for example, for ordering rolls for the next day, very easy and unproblematic. The apartment was exactly as described, the amenities were as good as new and everything was very clean. Highlights were the heated pool, the always warm hot tub and the sauna, which you had to yourself after prior registration. We will be happy to come back!

a beautiful and elegantly furnished accommodation. Magdalena is very likeable and everything worked out without any problems. The accommodation heats up quickly through the spacious glass windows (in summer) but can be well regulated with ventilation/windows open overnight :)

Amazing place with a great setup for the group of 8 of us. Great and very helpful host and a house with everything needed in just a short ride away from the center.

There were two of us. We particularly liked that we were allowed to use the e-bikes to explore the area. The bike paths there are very nice and by bike you can also reach completely different beaches and enjoy nature. We also liked the sauna very much. The neighbors were all friendly. Kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was ideal for eating or sunbathing outside in fine weather. It was also very clean. Overall, a nice experience and recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

Great clean apartment near Hallstatt. The apartment was very well and modernly equipped. We especially liked the kitchen equipment and the bathroom.

The place was beautifully clean and just like the photos. We were completely satisfied. Self check in and out was good in terms of flexibility.

Very nice place to stay, extremely central but a little off the beaten track. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with an open fireplace. Kitchen perfectly furnished. Nothing to be desired. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Perfect!

Fabulous apartment, very homely and very well equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We loved the sauna for easing aching muscles at the end of the day! Easy walk to directly access the ski run and a short walk to restaurants/ amenities.

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

Beautiful place! We loved the local hikes, summer toboggan, and exploring nearby towns.

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. whether it's a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "individual" sleepers than normal. I highly recommend the hostess!

Katharina’s place was incredible! The views were amazing and Katharina was super friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, well kept place to stay, then this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!

We travel a lot and buy this house is for sure in our top 3 - A real home, not just an Airbnb ! Everything you need from amenities like sauna and jacuzzi to all cooking essential We had a wondefull time exploring the surrounding and enjoying drink and leaks on the terrasse view stunning view No sun in the evening but no worry the fire pit will keep your warm ;) Love love love !

We had a great holiday here! You immediately feel at home and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the right starting point for us for many excursions in the area and you will find everything you need there as well as many nice restaurants.
