The balcony overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

It is a 70 m2 air conditioned open space, heat pump heating systems, and fully equipped, with a double bed and a sofa bed, and a rear balcony useful as a smoking area; also allows to have a coffee on a sunny morning. The loft is part of a recently renovated old factory, retaining the essence of the old with all the modern comforts in a modern and innovative design.
