Casa Luna, oasis in a viby beachtown

This XIX Century house is located in the heart of the historic old town 1 min walking to the comercial streets and las Ramblas, where lots of restaurants couple of museums, like museum romantic and theatre venue are. We have a great old bodega behind home were you can visit it, make some shopping in their deli or drink something in the beautiful garden terrace. No more than 20 min walk to any beach on the village and stunning front ocean paella restaurants area. We have SITGES next to us.

La Casita is located 500 meters from the beach, located between the sea and the mountains. It has 4 spacious rooms, all equipped with air conditioning and heating, both in the rooms and in the living room. Featuring a private terrace with a view. In addition, it offers a leafy garden with centuries-old trees, ideal for enjoying an unforgettable barbecue with family and friends. The property includes private parking and a garden with artificial grass.

Our beautiful house is in a traditional village on the coast of Barcelona just 20 minutes from the city center. Ideal for families. Parties are not allowed because it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The location is wonderful because in 3 minutes walking you can enjoy the beach or catch the train if you decide to get closer to the city. The cozy house has 5 rooms (2 quadruple and 3 doubles) and 2 bathrooms AC in living room and main bedroom

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

A simple and well-equipped house in an elegant coastal villa near Barcelona. Next to the beach and the train station. It has two floors and a beautiful terrace with views facing the sea, a kitchen-office, a living-dining room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. There are stairs: not suitable for people with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.
