Excelente lugar, muy agradable y limpio, el departamento esta muy bonito al igual que las áreas comunes. Excelente ubicación también frente al mar.

This was the third year in a row we have stayed at Estancia with our grandkids. By far the best experience. Andrea communicated clearly and was flexible when we asked her to be. I highly recommend her place.

Second time visiting this great town. Feels protected from the many tourists visiting the area. Amazing, peaceful stay. Spacious condo with everything we needed. Great to have our own little area for chairs/table right next to the pool. Tree just outside crawling with wildlife every morning: iguanas, herons, egrets. Teresa's Tacos, El Sueño de Mita, Norma's Tacos, Pescaderia Punta de Mita, all within walking distance. The constant noise of the waves throughout our time. Next time probably won't bother with a rental car -- we were happy to just stick within a walk of condo.

We enjoyed our stay at Regis' place. We selected it because it was pet-friendly, the yard and the pool. It was in a great location, central and walkable to restaurants and the marina. The backyard is large and is your own oasis. Lots of long-term stays in the area, and people are friendly and full of recommendations. Air conditioning in the rooms work well.

El lugar es increíble, la pasamos muy bien. Mireya es una gran anfitriona, siempre está atenta a cualquier requerimiento. recomiendo ampliamente el departamento.

Die Unterkunft von Mar hat eine wunderschöne Ausssicht auf den Pazifik, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wenn ich in die Gegend zurückkomme, würde ich definitiv wieder bei Mar buchen. Man sollte wissen, dass der direkt an die Unterkunft angeschlossene Strand zwar schön privat ist, aber viele Felsen im Wasser hat. Dafür ist ganz in der Nähe der Strand Careyeros, der auch nicht überfüllt ist, kompletter Sandstrand ist und ganz gute Beachclubs hat. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen für eine Woche wunderschönen Erholungsurlaub.

This place is absolutely beautiful: gorgeous views of the ocean, killer sunsets, bougainvillea everywhere...The house is quite isolated which makes it very private and peaceful, although there is a lot of construction happening nearby so there will surely be more neighbors in the future. Not a lot to do right nearby. Would definitely recommend having a car so you can go into Sayulita, San Pancho, and Punta Mita. The staff (cook, housecleaners, manager/caretaker) were wonderful: friendly, accommodating, very helpful. We enjoyed interacting with everyone and they were patient with our Spanish. :)

Le logement offre une belle intimité en ayant la cours intérieur. Une belle espace pour profiter du Rbnb. San pancho est vivante tout en étant calme et chaleureuse. Nous avons fait des belles rencontres , passer du bon temps à la plage et toujours très bien manger. Le Rbnb as tout ce qu’il faut pour allez à la plage.

Stayed here with 2 other families and the space was perfect for us all. Lots of room for everyone and great open shared space to hang out as a group. Our other friends also stayed in a different unit in the complex, so it was really convenient for our group. The ocean views were amazing, and the pool was great! The kids really enjoyed it every day. Ezekiel was a very responsive host and helped us with golf cart rentals and was on top of replying to every message. Would recommend staying here.

The place is super dark but if you need a good rest it’s comfortable. We were outside a majority of the time anyway. Close to beach and all amenities

Absolutely a perfect location with perfect view of the ocean. Host was great to respond! The grounds are immaculate and the most beautiful foliage with wonderful location to town and beach.

As a super host and the owner of multiple Airbnbs, I must say that this was an incredible home. The casita sprawls across two levels, each bedroom being private and comfortable with ensuite washrooms. There are multiple common seating areas, one for dinning, one for games and cards and another for evening drinks and watching the views. The pool is pleasantly heated and the yard is beautifully designed with lots of plants and decor. This is a perfect spot for 3 couples who want to have privacy but also be in the same home. I will certainly visit again!

This was a great place. I rented the top suite which was the bigger unit and I was very happy with it! It was really big and beautiful. The kitchen had all the things I needed, the water pressure was amazing, and the bathroom was huge with lots of counter space. It took no time to walk to town, and there was a parking spot for my car. I had to work while I was there, and the wifi was great with no connection issues at all. I will definitely rent here again!

Wonderful location to explore Corral del Risco and Punta Mita. Very relaxing complex with 30+ meter swimming pool and a large splash pad for young children. A 2-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Secure complex, but also easy to get in and out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kalle's! The location was perfect: very close to the beach and main square but far enough from the late night noise. The check in process was easy and smooth. Communication was also great. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Sayulita and could not recommend it any more!

We had an awesome time at Casa de Don Ramon! Dora, Esperanza and Dani were all great communicators and very welcoming and helpful with our questions about town etc. The house suited all our needs for us and my sister's family of four. The pool area and bar is a great place to relax. While the house is in the livelier side of town, everything is very walkable and easy to get to. The golf cart was a benefit and reasonable priced to what we saw in town. Thank you again for Team CDR, and we hope to see you again soon!

Our second time at Victors place and it was wonderful again. Clean, great location, quiet. Beautiful pool. He's very responsive and even though there were a few small issues they were actioned quickly would love to stay again.

Liz was very attentive and responsive from Day 1. The home was great, cozy, we loved the AC and fan in each room, good night sleep each night ok 👌 kitchen was fully equipped with items to us to cook. Liz was very respectful and helpful with everything.
