Sol is part of Casa Calavera, a tropical paradise in San Pancho, Nayarit! A lush property in a village setting. We're just an 8 minute walk to town and only a 12 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Casita del Ranchero (at Sayulita Oasis)

Very small, cozy unit with one Queen bed. It is surrounded by garden at the far back of our property with 6 more units in the front part that all together make up our "Sayulita Oasis". It has a private en-suite bathroom. Please note that it does not have a kitchen / fridge. Feel free to use the small, shared dipping pool in the front area. Also, please look at the last photo. It shows and describes the layout of the whole property and all it's casitas and common areas like pool or gardens.

Casita El Nido sits on the 3rd floor of Casita Cielo Azul up a circular iron staircase going from the 2nd to 3rd floor. Tastefully decorated with textiles, pottery & Mexican Folk Art. You will share the outdoor grill kitchen, palapa dining room and 20' x 40' pool with other guests. A max capacity of 11 people for the entire house. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

This 140 sq ft studio home is a 5 min walk to the beach; 10 min to town. LdM is conveniently located between San Pancho and Guayabitos . The small pueblo of Lo de Marcos sports a gorgeous beach, friendly people and lots of restaurants! Sorry, no kitchen/ laundry available. Please support the local village! You share the lovely garden area with the other studio suite. Note: bathroom is accessed by going outside and down the stairs! There are cats living here. No other pets allowed.

Amazing Apartment!

Pedrito Apartment. The Perfect Spot for a romantic get away, a quick adventours weekend or a work related trip. We are 15minutes away from the town plaza, main beach and Los Muertos beach. There is an amazing coffee place 3 blocks away from the apartment the perfect place to start your day! A traditional Mexican style place with rustic/industrial cement finish floors that help to keep the cool apartment temperature. Be ready to enjoy a beautiful view to the ocean!

Casa Ventana al Cielo (Window to Heaven House) - La Luna

Ventana al Cielo in Sayulita which translates to: Window to the heavens, and the view certainly is heavenly! Fabulous ocean, jungle and village views, spectacular sunsets. Located near the less populated beach on north side of the river on a quiet dead end street. Approximately 5 minute walk to the beach at the end of our road. Maybe a 7 minute walk to Sayulita village where you will find restaurants, markets and anything you could want to enjoy your stay.

Your family will be in a very accessible place if you stay with us, the apartment is located only 3 blocks north from the main avenue of Bucerias. When you leave there, you have a quick drive on one side to the beautiful beaches of Nayarit with all its fun, the magical village of Sayulita, the end of Banderas Bay on the beautiful beach of Punta de Mita. On the other side, Nuevo Nayarit, Vidanta World and the nightlife of Puerto Vallarta.

Very nice place and apartment in good condition. A highly recommended stay and Tony answers any questions you may have. As a recommendation, just check the hot water in the bathroom showers, since there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. outside of it all excellent. i would definitely come back.

I felt safe staying here. It was a real score for two friends chasing friendly longboard waves and sun. The casa is located a short walk to sayulita beach and town centre, but far enough away from the party zone that it’s quiet. We saved money by cooking breakfast and making coffee at the outdoor kitchenette and ate at a different taco place each night! One of my favourite things about this place was chilling by the pool at night and stargazing. Highly recommend!

Carol and Gabriel's place was exactly what we were looking for - quiet, secluded, and peaceful with easy access to San Pancho. While we didn't find the beach swimmable, it was great for sitting in sun or shade and admiring the perfect sunset while seeing the pelicans, whales, and even a pod of dolphins swim past! Carol, Gabriel, and Carlos were incredibly kind and helped us settle in immediately. If you are looking for a place with relatively easy access to town but peace, quiet, and instant access to a beautiful beach this is for you.

Caroline is a great host and the house is just as cute as the photos. There were several little touches that exceeded expectations - like the treats in the refrigerator, clothesline for drying beach clothes, and the locked gate and safe. I had data issues upon arriving in Mexico and Caroline was quick to resend check-in information by text. It was extra work for her, but very helpful. Sayulita is a very lively and loud place. Caroline had several local recommendations for activities and places to eat.

Stunning suite in a great area. We loved waking up every morning to see the view out the windows of the lush greenery with a cup of coffee provided in the room. It’s a short walking distance from the main part of town, but it can be quite hilly returning with some stairs. We did appreciate how safe and quiet it was, so it was worth it. Would recommend, especially for a romantic getaway!
