This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

Loved our stay at Andrea's place! Great location, very large and comfortable unit. Really great space for 3 couples. Everything we needed to cook meals. Balcony is huge, the view is beautiful, and the unit is very convenient to the elevator that goes down to the pool/beach. The resort is very well kept and staff were very friendly. Andrea was really great regarding communications. The resort tries to sell you the all-inclusive option and have you go to a timeshare breakfast when checking in, but we declined. Attending the breakfast gives you lots of discounts at the resort, but we were only there for 3 days, so we didn't want to spend any of our time on that. We found the prices at the restaurants/bars at the hotel to be fairly reasonable.

Second time visiting this great town. Feels protected from the many tourists visiting the area. Amazing, peaceful stay. Spacious condo with everything we needed. Great to have our own little area for chairs/table right next to the pool. Tree just outside crawling with wildlife every morning: iguanas, herons, egrets. Teresa's Tacos, El Sueño de Mita, Norma's Tacos, Pescaderia Punta de Mita, all within walking distance. The constant noise of the waves throughout our time. Next time probably won't bother with a rental car -- we were happy to just stick within a walk of condo.

This spot in Sayulita was perfect! The host was amazing and helped us plan airport transport, golf cart rental, and a private chef dinner at the place. Seriously such a great stay! The maid came frequently and was amazing! The AC units in the bedrooms worked great! But just a warning that there are no ACs in the living area/kitchen/bathrooms, so they get pretty warm. Especially the bathrooms that are open to the outside, they get very very hot by the end of the day. Not a deal breaker, just something to be warned about. Overall, we had a great stay and the location and experience was one to remember!

Really lovely, peaceful condo was just as described! The complex was quiet with respectful and friendly guests and helpful employees. All of Mita is just steps away, but you feel removed at night when you go back to your A/C and very comphy bed. Communication was clear and there were all the little extras we needed. Highly recommend Sara’s condo!

Great place. Very close to everything but in a pretty quiet area. Flexible check-in and check-out times, and the best part is that they accept pets.

Easy to get to apartment... At the entrance, the staff are very friendly, at the reception they are quick and with precise instructions.... Very nice, spacious, it has everything described, the large pool, enough beds. With excellent views of the pool and the sea. Great for relaxing and enjoying with family... Very friendly hosts, they respond quickly to any questions. We highly recommend it...!!!

The apartment is as described, a very quiet area and with easy access to Vidanta, it only lacks basic things to cook if you need to cook

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

Our stay was amazing! We checked out lots of places to eat, but our favorite was Mary’s was cheap and delicious. We went back twice in our three days stay, but the taco stands on the side of the street were extremely delicious as well. Ebony was quick to response and let us check in early. Which was awesome. Thank you for the great stay. The music is loud, which is stated before we booked, but the last night of karaoke was awful, but the bands were great. Definitely bring your earplugs.

House was great and nice location on north side of town. Close beach access and ability to rent a golf cart were awesome! Pool was very clean and fun as well. Condo was awesome and perfect size for our group!

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Location is perfect! It is very close to the beach (4 min walk) and to the town (8 minute walk). We chartered transportation from the airport through the Airbnb and the rental company turned out to be located right next door. They also had golf carts for rent, which was very convenient. They have a restaurant next to the rental place that has great breakfast and dinner. Sayulita is magical! We had an amazing stay.

It was our first time in Sayulita and studio paraiso was the perfect place to stay! It is not in the middle of the commotion, but the centre of the town and the main beach are only a short walk away. There is even a beach, cafes and restaurants on that street which gave us plenty options. The neighbours were quiet and friendly, including the cats! Amenities/air conditioning worked well, had some coffee and basic spices as well as jugs of purified water which was great. Ignacio was helpful and responsive and left a list of activities in the Airbnb, a sun umbrella, a blanket and some books. The water pressure was a little low, and there was construction around 8-9am every morning. Overall a great stay, we will be back!

Michele’s house was absolutely stunning! The home was beautifully furnished and had all the comforts of home. Beautiful views from every room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The beds were comfortable. It was also great to have a golf cart to use to get to the town. Michele was very helpful and accommodating. Michele also got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. We were a family of 6 and it was the perfect place to stay. I’d definitely come back!!!

What a beautiful property! Without seeing the other units, I am convinced the bottom floor loft is the best one. The photos do not do the apartment justice—it is HUGE! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and traditional Mexican style. Note that the apartment is street facing and there is noise of passing cars and motorcycles. If you’re a light sleeper, you may be awoken. Otherwise, the enormous garden and beautiful private pool makes up for this. I still rate the property 5 stars and would stay again in a heartbeat.

When we 1st arrived our impression!! Wow! Beautiful landscape and 2 pools! Owner lives on the top section of home and there’s other units on front side were you enter that are more like a suite unit 2 beautiful pools and beautiful few like being on a mountain top looking down onto the town of Sayulita. Our unit was a 3 bedroom bungalow it was nice with beautiful view but a little dated with kitchen items. We had some hippcups with water but Suzanne did her best to manage the best she could. We ended up eating out every day but restaurants were tasty. We would definitely return we felt very safe there and view is amazing. Suzanne was very sweet and accommodating. If you want total privacy this is not for you. Staff is always there if you need something. Thank you for having us!😘

Excellent trip with our kids, ages 6 & 8. The pool in the front yard was perfect for morning and evening swims, and the ability to walk to both the beach and downtown was key. The condo matches the photos and was stunning. The beds were super comfy. Frank was responsive and delivered a golf cart for an adventure day. Special thanks to Frank for quickly mailing our 8 yr old’s favorite doll that was left behind.

We loved our stay and this Airbnb ranks as one of our favorites. The house was a great layout, the beds comfy (one firm, one softer so you had choices), decorated well but not cluttered. So many extra towels! Great spots to hang swimsuits, bags, put the golf cart keys! Really well thought out and well taken care of. The property managers were very friendly and responsive. We stayed with our two toddlers and it was a great unit for kids/families. Plenty of room for the pack n play. Beach toys. Great pool with the perfect kiddie pool attached. Quiet place but easy to get to town. Highly recommend!

We researched many houses in Sayulita and it was a difficult choice to narrow down. With this place we picked the right one! Excellent location and easy to walk to and from town as well as the beach. Only one small section of steeper street to manage at the top but pretty easy compared to some of the other places around town and how steep the roads are. Plenty of golf cart rentals if you need one but we never felt it was needed for us. Everything is very close by as this is a nice smaller town that is easily manageable once you spend a few days here. The house has plenty of space and the roof top patio and pool were must haves to relax and enjoy the views. If you are choosing between a few narrowed down selections you won’t be disappointed with this house. We would definitely rent again. Prices in town seemed on average about half of Puerto Vallarta and other heavy tourist Mexico spots for food and drinks. Safe town. Friendly people. Incredible food. Always felt welcomed.

Victor's place in Sayulita is truly a gem. The house and the pool were perfect for our family trip and the neighbors were super friendly. We had absolutely no issues and would recommend to anyone planning a trip. Just note that as the listing states, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the town center, but for us this was no problem. Also, you can always rent a golf cart to move around if needed.

It's the best Airbnb accommodation I've ever had, near the beach club which is a gem. The sea without waves is like a giant pool, the pools are impeccable, the place is comfortable, Mrs. Elena is very kind, the departure and arrival times are excellent since you make the most of the days, I will definitely return, my family and I had a fantastic time.

Great place for Christmas vacation. Family of 8 (4 children) had a great time with plenty of space for us all. Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed resort amenities and purchased AI passes from hotel. Condo was well stocked, even with boogie boards for the kids. Would love to go back.
