We had a great stay at this property in Bucerias. The location was perfect and close to everything that we needed. Walkable to the beach, many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. (The house is located at the top of a hill and there is quite an incline to get up and down to the beach. Also, there is a large set of stairs inside of the property to get up to the house, so I would not recommend this property to someone with mobility issues). The accommodations were beautiful. Lots of traditional Mexican charm. The house was fairly clean and you can see the owner has started to do some updates . As someone who likes to cook, I would have liked to see some more cookware and sharper knives in the kitchen and maybe newer countertops but we were able to make due with what was there. Having a blender was an added bonus and we were able to make some frozen drinks to enjoy pool side. The hosts were wonderful and easy to get in touch with to answer any questions we had. Great for the price

This is a great location and accommodation especially for families. I would book this location again. The hosts Lucas and Caleb had great recommendations. We would recommend Roly's car service to and from the airport and have them deliver and pick up a golf cart at the airbnb. So fun!

Super well located, close to everything! Safe!! As well as the photos, all the amenities! I would definitely stay with Ivette again, the extra attention was incredible, always attentive to our arrival and departure, to give us recommendations, help us every moment, it was a very pleasant experience! Terrie is a great host. She's very responsive, helpful and cares about her guests experiences being positive. The house is clean, having all the amenities one would need and it feels like a home rather than something just pieced together to make some quick rental income. There is a property management company on site and available in this safe, gated housing complex. You are only a 10 min walk to the beach, with access to pretty much anything you'd need for an enjoyable vacation. I would certainly without hesitation, rent with Terrie again!

Thanks for a great stay. We loved the location and the unit was well equipped and provided a great place to relax. Communicating with the host was easy and always prompt! The complex was bustling with families, couples and spring breakers alike! We loved being just steps from the beach.

super recommended the super clean house was always smelling rich, the house has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing, each room has its own TV and airs, the pool of the coto is super father has warm water, in itself the whole place is a very quiet area. I definitely hope to return to the same place the next holidays.

This is a lovely home on the El Tigre golf course that has option for Club membership via Playa Royal for beach and sports access on stays of 14 days or longer. There is a shuttle from the golf club (closest) but with small kids we rented a golf cart that made transportation easy and flexible. There were three bikes which we used every day to ride to the club and beach. The casa is modern and well appointed with a small private pools but there is another large pool 50 m away and adjacent to that a shallow splash pool that the little kids really enjoyed. The staff on the property (security) and those at Playa Royal were top class. The food and service at the beach club was excellent. The owners communicated promptly and were kind enough to let us stay a few hours past normal checkout time before our flight. Paty, who cleaned the casa on our arrival and once more during our stay was lovely and very helpful. I highly recommend this home.

Our stay at Adriana's place was positive overall. Hector, the co-host was very responsive, promptly providing missing items during our check-in with Esther's assistance. The town home comfortably accommodated our group of 5 people and offered great amenities including air conditioning on each room and a swimming pool. The location has pros and cons. While conveniently close to the airport, there is a challenging intersection nearby that lacks proper lighting and traffic signs. We also experienced persistent sewage odors from the street, particularly at night, though this was beyond the host's control. Also, the gates to park our car were a little tricky to open. On the positive side, the area felt secure with good security measures in place. I would recommend this property for its responsive host, comfortable space, and airport proximity. Future guests should consider the street odor issue in their planning.

Hello! This is a good place, you have to take into account that they are small apartments and many, so if you are traveling in high season take into account that there are many people in the pool and little privacy, but it is close to the beach and in general meets the pool foot with the description

We were happy about the place. It was clean and close to the ocean. Had some great amenities. Wish we understood Spanish a little more but that’s an us problem. I never received check out instructions so we just cleaned up the best that we could. We had a very relaxing week. Thank you.

Located in an exclusive area, with the security that provides being in a private! The pool area with cleanliness and order! Very close to beach areas and convenience stores! The place meets expectations for a good family trip:)

The house is super comfortable, it has everything you occupy for a happy stay, excellent air conditioning, very bie mattresses, fans ok, it has 100 washing machine, kitchen, the pool is incredible. The safety is very good, I qualify with 100 percent the stay, what if it is 30 minutes away is the seawall since there is usually traffic. If you are driving without a problem. My family was happy

Crisrtina's accommodation is a very well-appointed house with easy access in the area and with shops nearby. The only issue was the shower, we could not regulate the hot and cold water well, nothing serious, otherwise everything was excellent. Definitely recommended and we will be back.

Samantha, the administrator of the villa, was quick to respond to all our requests and questions. She is a very jovial and friendly person. Access to the beach only a 10 minute walk from the villa was appreciated, however, the amenities (restaurant, pool, bar) were not due to the reconstruction of the space. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in all the rooms worked great. Some utensils and cauldrons would be worth a change. Very nice stay!

It was really good place to relax

The house is very spacious and nice. Everything was tidy, it has almost everything you need for cooking. The living room and kitchen are perfect to promote coexistence and have a good time with the family. The subdivision is very quiet and the pool was at an excellent temperature. Although it is shared, it practically touched us that I was practically alone. The location is great as it's minutes from the beach. There's also many restaurants and shops nearby. Devyn was always very nice and attentive to my stay. I would definitely go back with my family to have a vacation!

Our third stay, a wonderful 10 days! Spacious townhouse, beautiful pool and covered area directly in front. Great location, quiet complex, terrific host and amenities. Grateful for late checkout. Highly recommend.
