Beautiful townhouse in an awesome location. Easy 10 minute walk to the chaos of downtown but slightly north so a little quieter. The beach was literally steps away and the pool area was awesome. We were here on a girls trip but I've already started thinking of coming back with my family and staying in this same place.

Wonderful experience staying at the house. Gated area, parking for a car, swimming pool. The house is decorated in a marine theme, very cozy. A large number of towels, kitchen utensils. Water delivery and garbage disposal are arranged.

Excellent, a super cozy place, 100%, impeccable facilities and with everything available to spend a few days with the family. We will definitely be back here. Thank you!

Terrie is a great host. She's very responsive, helpful and cares about her guests experiences being positive. The house is clean, having all the amenities one would need and it feels like a home rather than something just pieced together to make some quick rental income. There is a property management company on site and available in this safe, gated housing complex. You are only a 10 min walk to the beach, with access to pretty much anything you'd need for an enjoyable vacation. I would certainly without hesitation, rent with Terrie again!

Charming house in a perfect location. Just far enough from town and busy part of beach. Lovely to sit and watch the ocean. Not “modern fancy” but really nice. Could use better interior lights as it is rather dark (to keep it cool, which it is).

Excellent choice, I felt at home and the attention was formidable, the pool was amazing, the kitchen super complete and there are places nearby to compare things to do at home. The complex is several casitas and I would like to organize a trip with all my friends to enjoy this nice place. Even though it's not right on the beach, the pool and central spice make you not need the beach. And in itself it's very close so it's perfect for a nice hike. 100% recommended.

The facilities are impeccable, it has all the comforts and we really felt our stay as if we were at home... I really appreciate Victor's attention who was always attentive. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back with him when possible… Thank you!!!

This is a lovely home on the El Tigre golf course that has option for Club membership via Playa Royal for beach and sports access on stays of 14 days or longer. There is a shuttle from the golf club (closest) but with small kids we rented a golf cart that made transportation easy and flexible. There were three bikes which we used every day to ride to the club and beach. The casa is modern and well appointed with a small private pools but there is another large pool 50 m away and adjacent to that a shallow splash pool that the little kids really enjoyed. The staff on the property (security) and those at Playa Royal were top class. The food and service at the beach club was excellent. The owners communicated promptly and were kind enough to let us stay a few hours past normal checkout time before our flight. Paty, who cleaned the casa on our arrival and once more during our stay was lovely and very helpful. I highly recommend this home.

Our stay at Adriana's place was positive overall. Hector, the co-host was very responsive, promptly providing missing items during our check-in with Esther's assistance. The town home comfortably accommodated our group of 5 people and offered great amenities including air conditioning on each room and a swimming pool. The location has pros and cons. While conveniently close to the airport, there is a challenging intersection nearby that lacks proper lighting and traffic signs. We also experienced persistent sewage odors from the street, particularly at night, though this was beyond the host's control. Also, the gates to park our car were a little tricky to open. On the positive side, the area felt secure with good security measures in place. I would recommend this property for its responsive host, comfortable space, and airport proximity. Future guests should consider the street odor issue in their planning.

We were happy about the place. It was clean and close to the ocean. Had some great amenities. Wish we understood Spanish a little more but that’s an us problem. I never received check out instructions so we just cleaned up the best that we could. We had a very relaxing week. Thank you.

Located in an exclusive area, with the security that provides being in a private! The pool area with cleanliness and order! Very close to beach areas and convenience stores! The place meets expectations for a good family trip:)

Very clean and comfortable new condo in a new development. Very well equipped kitchen for long stays. This is located 1 km from the bus stop ( no nearby restaurant or grocery store except a small convenience store with essential) but this was OK with us because we walk a lot. Close to the bus stop, a little further, a neighborhood of locals where you will find little pharmacy, small fruit and vegetable market, it was perfect for us because we like to mix with culture. The only downside, if you like you go to bed early, the condo is located at the dog park where the children play and shout very very late (their pace of life is different from nothing else!)The windows allow for easy noise. We would probably go back. The lady who takes care of the condo on site was very nice and offers a very good service!

Samantha, the administrator of the villa, was quick to respond to all our requests and questions. She is a very jovial and friendly person. Access to the beach only a 10 minute walk from the villa was appreciated, however, the amenities (restaurant, pool, bar) were not due to the reconstruction of the space. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in all the rooms worked great. Some utensils and cauldrons would be worth a change. Very nice stay!

The house is very spacious and nice. Everything was tidy, it has almost everything you need for cooking. The living room and kitchen are perfect to promote coexistence and have a good time with the family. The subdivision is very quiet and the pool was at an excellent temperature. Although it is shared, it practically touched us that I was practically alone. The location is great as it's minutes from the beach. There's also many restaurants and shops nearby. Devyn was always very nice and attentive to my stay. I would definitely go back with my family to have a vacation!

The location is very good, the furniture is comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, everything is very clean and the best thing is that there are stores and an Oxxo when you leave the condominium. Thank you

Perla and Luis were awesome hosts. The location is great. The house was very clean and well stocked with household items. It was nice that there was also beach chairs and towels. I wish the water pressure was better. I would stay there again.
