Let us take you to the best wave to learn on in Mexico! La Lancha, this is the Mexican Waikiki with its consistent and user friendly surf! All of our coaches that are fully certified ISA (International Surf) and qualified beach lifeguards, with plenty of experience. The setting is stunning, with its beautiful natural setting and that it's often far less crowded than Sayulita. Here what we will do... You will be met in Sayulita. From there we'll take short (20 minute) ride to La Lancha beach. On arrival we will get you set up with boards and rash vests. Walk on a jungle path to the ocean. Keep your eyes open! There are usually beautiful birds and wildlife along the way! On the beach we will go through the basics of surfing theory before we jump in the sea. In the ocean, we will be right next to you as we guide you through your first few waves or show you where the best breaks are if you're experienced. Once you get your first few waves and feel the magic!! We can enjoy the epic view of the sunset over the Pacific. It is quite common to surf with sea turtles swimming within feet of us! After about 2 hours on the beach or whenever you've had enough surfing we'll return, load our boards and get ready to return to our meeting point. The whole experience last around 3.5 hours until you are back in Sayulita

An authentic mexican taco night! A fun evening of chatting, learning about local finger foods and tasting delicious authentic tacos, while walking around Old Town. A (very) filling taco dinner with a local friend. We will visit 3 different taco spots and you'll be able to taste 5 to 10 different night time tacos and many salsas. It's the tacos we make plans to go eat. You will try the king of tacos, the famous pastor (pork and pineapple). Also, carne asada and adobada, tongue, chorizo, chicken, mushrooms and seafood tacos. Plus, aguas frescas and beer. We'll visit street stands and a great taqueria. After our walking and eating session, you will feel more connected to the fabulous local taco scene and you will be more than ready to continue exploring on your own with more knowledge and confidence. I will also show you additional spots that you can visit later on and give you lots of extra info on how to make your vacation more enjoyable. The meeting point will be in our Sacred Temazcal of Love where we will start our ceremony with an informative talk, while we enjoy a drink, the ceremony takes place in a steam house or inipi made with rods, which resembles the belly of the mother earth, then the spiritual guides will do energetic cleaning to purify your energy, then we will have ritual to ask permission for the directions and ancestors (gods) and enter the temazcal where we will make medicine songs in different dialects and with different pre-Hispanic instruments to achieve a deep meditation and detox. We will reconnect with our being and the creator of life, our ancestors, the four elements (air, earth, water and fire) and we will ask the animals to be able to help us with their medicine, we will put the hot stones in the center of our temazcal and we will put water and medicinal plants (rosemary, pirul, sage, copal, cedar, etc.) to generate a medicinal steam that will purify us physical, mental, emotional and spiritual steam!!! Hiking & yoga! What better way to experience the gorgeous landscapes that Sayulita has to offer. We will hike through the lush jungle taking in the sights. The hike is three miles(5k) round trip. We will pass views that are completely breathtaking. Along the way we will see a large variety of tropical exotic plants, birds, butterflies, and more palm trees than you can imagine. Once we arrive to a private secluded beach we will begin our yoga practice under the trees in the shade. There is nothing like hearing the serene sounds of the waves crashing and birds chirping as you mediate and practice yoga. The yoga class is all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner this is for you. By connecting mindful movements and the breath we give ourselves the opportunity to disconnect and quiet the mind, taking in all of the elements of nature. You do not need any experience in yoga or hiking to participate in this experience. We will meet at an intermediate point of Puerto Vallarta where after getting to know us we will move towards a village with a rural location just outside the city. Once we get there, we will start a simple walk of approximately 30 minutes to the hot springs. On our way, we will cross the river 3 times (it's not deep, 2ft). Also on our way we can observe the great diversity of birds that inhabit this natural area. We will immerse ourselves in the thermal pools where you can relax with the sound of the River and at the same time perform thermotherapy with the hot thermal water and the fresh water of the river. After being 90 minutes in our secret destination in the mountains, we will start our way back to Puerto Vallarta.

I always arrive approximately 10 minutes early to set up the space and ensure we can start the session right on time. (The experience can take place in Puerto Vallarta, but also in nearby locations such as Bucerias, Punta de Mita, Sayulita, San Pancho, etc...) I provide everything needed for our session, from top-quality yoga mats to aromatherapy with carefully selected scents and soothing music to enhance the atmosphere. During our 70-minute yoga session, I'll tailor the practice to your preferences and needs. Whether you prefer gentle Yin Yoga or more dynamic styles like Ashtanga or Vinyasa Power, the choice is yours. After the yoga session, we'll transition into a 20-minute sound therapy experience using Himalayan singing bowls to deepen your relaxation.
